Team harmony value
I propose to insert a new value, small and minimal: team harmony
's idea would be as follows: Each rider receives a value of 0.05 for each race racing with a team.
after 10 races reaches the maximum value of 0.5. This value is to add value to each of the rider!
Eg: G. Plato: 3 races held with Auxilium; Mountain 81.15 - 62.15 Plain - 71.15 down etc..
if Plato changes shift, it loses value, that needs to regain the new team
I think it is fair to those who invest serious cyclists, to build a team, against those who are content to reset at every race!

I'm fine with it. But i would do it the other way around: If a rider is bought, he starts with -0.5 on every skill, gaining back 0.05 after each race ridden for the new team until reaching the specified value.

Good! I think i like Lunas proposal, maybe only some plus points for more than lets say 200 races or so...

Necessary? Whe made the rule, that riders need to be 50 days in a team to earn the full money by seeling him. Is´nt this enough?

Penalizes bought climbers more than other bought leaders. Make it by days in the team?
And more logic would be anyway that it penalizes the whole team. The teamwork isn't there yet. The more new riders in a team,the weaker the whole team performs. 2 superleaders, 7 bought helpers. Who really cares if the 7 helpers are 0,5 weaker? The leader counts. 7 new riders, no teamwork at all, whole team at -2 on every skill at first, back to normal after 20 days or something like that. 2 new leaders. 7 helpers, easier to integrate everybody starts at -0,5 or so. Harmony is a team thing that affects everybody.
But the 50 day rule is enough anyway I think.

if you make the same money-rule in div. 5 and 6, is not necessary, but in this moment, i think, ist necessary!!!

and in this moment is only a punishment for div. 1-4 div. player!

that's true...
the 50 day rule is only for Div1-4...the rule is a good one, like it very much...but would be better so extend it to Div5,6 too...
in Div 5,6 you have the opportunity to reset the team if you did big mistakes...
it's really annoying to see a few teams change their whole team day for day, in order which race is set today
