The big 1 week races for 2016 have all started.

March 2015:
Morning gets: PN, TA and Catalunya with according to the calendar number, that at time is wrong, 8-7-8 teams
Afternoon gets: TA and Catalunya, with 10-9
Early evening: PN+Cat, 11+15
Evening 20-22 I leave out, best time
Late evening: 9+11
April 2015:
Morning: PV+Romandie, PV cancelled because of too few participants, Romandie 10
Afternoon: 7+9
Early evening 13+18
Late evening 9-18
June 2015
Morning 9+5
Afternoon: Only Suisse 15
early evening: 5+10
late evening: nothing offered
So of the 4 "not main times" in 2015
the morning got 7 tours

So, mmh, the reaction should be... Let's do the same again! It worked beautifully. Offer all important 1 week stage races to the time that is the weakest, but don't offer it to the stronger times.
And that's what we did:

Conclusion: We have more teams than a year ago, good. The morning recovered from its catastrophic 2015. Where even the Giro was cut when not enough teams were there. Good. How did the morning manage that? By getting everything again, by having leso believing that they deserve a chance. Good. Think about it!!
The morning got everything. Again. Early evening only 6, despite being CLEARLY stronger than the morning. The afternoon got the same as a year ago, 5, despite being on par with the morning generally. Or slightly more teams at times. And the late evening got upgraded to 5, good. Stronger than morning nad afternoon too. But maybe would deserve some 24h starts.
Demand: STOP THIS IDIOCY. There are 2 possibilities (that make sense...)
a) Just stop cancelling times for those 7 important tours. Offer them for EACH TIME. That's my favorite solution. If you need to cancel stuff make it the minor things, not the main things.
b) If you insist on offering some of the overlapping tours less often, make the cuts in sensible places. There is 0 reason to cut the early evening. There is no reason to have the afternoon and the late evening with 2 stage races less than the morning. If you want to keep cutting stuff, make it even, look at the strength of the different times and decide. Want to have only 4 each of TA-PN and Sui-Dau?
Then don't fucking cut always at the same fucking times by being a fucking brainless idiot.
Just choose a) for 2017
I'm already looking forward to complaining again in a year.
