Uh many things changed at the last moment but fortunately Sulawesi still win.
2nd place surprisingly for Venezuela.

If the vote is just between NZ and Venezuela it isn't necessary to vote again

It would depend on where the votes came from: Somebody just created 10 new accounts or 10 known users just decided to vote late?
@leso: In the first case, it could be interesting to know, what kind of users the votes came from. Can you see that? Or is the vote anonymous for you as admin?
