I said 4-5 days.
I had to choice between the Filipinas, Mpu. North New Zealand and Dalooni Tours, but the Filipinas Tyfoon gave me the last impuls for my decision.
We´ll use it for an help campaign for Filipinas.

Yep, i thought it was for it, nice choice leso. I would like Tour of Philippines to get some more votes in the dec tour :) (ok, i am a fan of Pac-Man, end OT).
There are at least 2 sprints possible so i think that sprinter teams would be happy anyway.

Lesooooooooooo !
You must change something !

Philippines Tour is a tour with 3 sprint stages and one hilly.
What do we have in parallel of this tour ? 3 sprint stages and one hilly !
Maybe you can put 1 for climbers and one more hilly, or one with light cobbles ;)

But please, change this, too many easy sprint stages theses days ! ;)

If there was a change it was an "interesting" one. 19 and 20 November are interesting races. But it might be nearly impossible to go for both races because both are hard one. After 19.11 and 3.940 HM my team and most favoteams might have a big regproblem. Thats for sure.

Yes, race of the 20 is new and instead of a flat race.
Thanks Leso for the change ! ;)

Scandal!
What happened to the superb, incredible out of this world fantastic GP Brescia?
Should have been raced in early november I think, like last year. But not in. Everybody missed it, including the ape. Grrr.
I think the GP Brescia is the best fantasy one day race that has ever been designed at RSF, really really shouldn't be cut. Rather cut the Andes than the GP Brescia!
So put it in as fast as you can leso! The old date, early december might be too late, take the first free date before that. Actually best would be during the Andes, if you already filled up that calendar, kick a race and put the GP Brescia in then. Not parallel to another tour though. Parallel to the Andes only (that gives the non Andes riders an important race to fight for too)

Save the GP Brescia!!!!
Kraftsystemrevision! Include the distance!
Basics reform: Give blue a chance!
Don't punish bugusers. We all have to use bugs, since most of them are declared as "features"!
Got a carrot from FL. But they threaten to take it away now.

Ok GP Brescia in, no scandal!

Now the situation seems reversed, many classic/hilly races :D

Just one thing, with Andes running it's quite normal that the 75% of parallel races are flat, if you are a team of good climbers and classics you should join Andes that lack of participants instead of asking new hilly races, hope that in 2014 more people will be present . Just my opinion but i think that it was also what leso thought when he inserted all that sprint races ;)

Sprinters had this Bolivia thing ... no need to give them 75% of the one day races !
And no one tell them to not go in the Andes, some stages for them there ;)

In general i expect the parallel program to be complementary to the main one.
Bolivia, in parallel Jalisco (nice hilly/mountain) and more % of hilly races. The same I expect when there is a hard race as Andes, in % the parallel program has more flat races.

In Andes they would have at most a couple of days, this means throwing away the other 13days as they couldn't do absolutely nothing. Moreover they couldn't do Andes because they were doing their flat tour which was in // with Andes. I expect climbers to come at Andes not sprinter teams, and I expect sprinter teams to join Bolivia and not climbers

Now from 22 to 25 we have races for classics (maybe Lanzarote for sprinters, but a ms is not sure) :)

In any case I renew my hope that next year Andes will have more participants between climber/classics teams

When Andes started, 4/6 flat races in one day race. Then Philippines tour, not flat enough ? With Kampala and Kiboga at the same time ... then Lanzarote and Madrid coming ... some stages in Guadeloupe ... Sorry I disagree with complaints.

Just maybe sprinter teams are a bit forgetting that a sprint stage is not necessary 180kms of 0% where MS means 100% of riders in the main bunch. Ok, with new sprint system and "trains", things are different. But imo, sprinter teams should adapt themselves, and fight for races like Lanzarote and Madrid for example ! Some sprinters should be able to win there if their teams are not full of 80+ sprint and no one around them ;)

And just to stop about that "there-is-too-much-race-for-sprinters" move, this month there is something like 30 races for classics, 25 races for sprinters, 10 for climbers, 3 TT and 3 TTT.
And we count only one day race there is easy 20 classics races against 10 sprint races, and nearly nothing for pavemans or climbers. So...

The problem isn't that there is no sprint race, it is that there is too hilly races which follow themselves, 4-5 days for people on Filipina, 20 for people who makes Andes...well.

I never said it. I just said there was a bad balance in // of Philippines !
It's somehow true there's a lack of races for climbers and pavé man, I agree.

20 hilly races in a row from the beginning of the Andes ? really ?

In 1day races, since the beginning of the month until now, I count 9 hilly races in which sprinter teams can't hope anything serious.
+5 to come in next days.
