hum some strange categories for CN. Big countries cat 3 is ok, but Barbados cat 3 too ? Malaysia, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Japan cat 2, and all others cat 1?

I'd propose that all countries that don't have the original parcours are at 1 anyway. So almost all.... didn't design much either, Ape in designing motivation crisis...

Der clevere Manager hat die Profile (soweit sie fertiggestellt sind) schon im Forum gefunden. Online stellen vor Fertigstellung wird sicher schwierig.

hum maybe Leso you need to switch stage 5 and 16 in Middle Mountain and stage 15 in High Mountain

So :

* 7 flat stages : 1, 6, 7, 10, 12, 13, 21
* 5 hilly (middle mountain) stages : 2, 3, 5, 14, 16
* 6 mountain stages : 8, 9, 15, 18, 19, 20

But nothing scandalous to keep stages 5 and 16 like they are actually

How many points per stage are given is decided by the rules.. which are posted in that PDF.
In reality stage 5 will give 45 points to the winner, like the "real" flat stages, stage 16 20 points like the mountain stages.
And since I interpreted lesos comment in the other thread, something like "I will take the TOUR system" as he will use the same point scale, it would not make sense to use the same point scale but not apply it to the same stages. Actually even if lesossies would keep the RSF points system, which gives a different amount of points depending on how difficult the stage is, it would no make sense to change the "classification" of stage 5-16
