Well Hans is not good enough to compete against the best riders from his "type", I think that's what he means
Or he just doesn't like that kind of riders ;)

The rider sucks, it's the manager that is brillant. 8-)
Kraftsystemrevision! Include the distance!
Basics reform: Give blue a chance!
Don't punish bugusers. We all have to use bugs, since most of them are declared as "features"!
Got a carrot from FL. But they threaten to take it away now.

The mountain arrives in the Giro ... I will logically win some points

Bayern Rundfahrt (16h)

Objectives
- Win a stage
- Podium for Seong

Stage 1
Image

Rankings
01. 00:00:00 Per Aspelin (Adler)
02. 00:00:00 Emil Aarestrup (Petronas Team)
03. 00:00:00 Gregor Kruse (Team Hunsrueck)
04. 00:00:00 Phil McClaw (Claw - CVIII)
05. 00:00:00 Alexei Shulga (Adler)
|
07. 00:00:00 Hans Lasinger (NoPikouze)
13. 00:00:00 Roko Keko (NoPikouze)
19. 00:00:00 Seong Hangeul (NoPikouze)

Aspelin and my Lasinger both taking Kruse's wheel, bad for me...

Seong has good potential for a podium, 3rd place in my opinion since he has no form...
Lasinger (71) has 3 contenders, aspelin (73), aarestrup (72) and kruse (71)...
I'm the only team with a sprinter, which is a pity since stage 2 and stage 5 seems good for mass sprints :?

Stage 2
Image

Rankings
01. 00:00:00 Per Aspelin (Adler)
02. 00:00:00 Emil Aarestrup (Petronas Team)
03. 00:00:00 Hans Lasinger (NoPikouze)
04. 00:00:00 Gregor Kruse (Team Hunsrueck)
05. 00:00:00 Phil McClaw (Claw - CVIII)
|
10. 00:00:00 Roko Keko (NoPikouze)
20. 00:00:00 Seong Hangeul (NoPikouze)

Aarestrup was a better wheel for hans, 3rd place when he is following the best riders. The 3 others have probably good form, not good for my chances.
I tried to go for a mass sprint, but my team alone is not good enough for that, especially with some very strong flat classikers in front (68-86!)

Image

In the meantime, the team has released an important info to the press: The grand Roko Keko is going to retire in a few days. Even if he still likes cycling, he's tired from being a professionnal and he wants some time for his own. Especially with his girlfriend expecting a baby in 2 weeks. The team's management wishes much luck and happiness to the whole family. And thanks for all, boy !

Stage 4

Rankings
01. 00:00:00 Martin Tilling (Adler)
02. 00:00:21 Seong Hangeul (NoPikouze)
03. 00:00:29 Sandalio Astarloa (Equipe Risque)
|
08. 00:02:28 Hans Lasinger (NoPikouze)

Nice win on Astarloa, Tilling too much form... Good perf for Lasinger

Stage 5
Image

Rankings
01. 00:00:00 Kirill Gerassimow (Freudenfeuer)
02. 00:00:10 Aija Inese (NoPikouze)
03. 00:00:10 Per Aspelin (Adler)
04. 00:00:10 Gregor Kruse (Team Hunsrueck)
05. 00:00:10 Emil Aarestrup (Petronas Team)
|
15. 00:00:10 Hans Lasinger (NoPikouze)

Hectic stage, Risque attacks with Astarloa and 4 flat riders, Seong coming with, Adler offline. Then he gets sitted and comes back in the final km. Freudenfeuer counters, nobody follows... Nearly a win for Aija, but ok my team wasnt really able to block anyway...

Rankings
01. 00:00:00 Martin Tilling (Adler)
02. 00:00:09 Sandalio Astarloa (Equipe Risque)
03. 00:00:18 Seong Hangeul (NoPikouze)
04. 00:01:27 Michael vanderGun (Team Cheers)
05. 00:01:59 Artemij Sewostjanow (Freudenfeuer)
|
11. 00:03:13 Hans Lasinger (NoPikouze)

Finances : + 137.000 $

Too bad Astarloa got ALL the boni seconds in the last stage... but ok didnt expect much more than 3rd. Only a stagewin would have been cool, but I was not good enough...

Stay tuned, more Nopikouze news coming for the fans !

Image Press conference

After the Bayern Rundfahrt, Roko Keko (34) finally decides to retire from professionnal cycling, as rumoured for a couple of days...It's always sad to lose such a great rider, a great companion and a great man. But he decided that his family life matters more than riding as a helper, and after the great career he had, we can understand this. Therefore we wish him good luck, and not to forget thank you for everything! His victory on Gend-Wevelgem is still the greatest our team ever had.
During his career, he participated in 195 races, in which he earned 4033 points.

From now on, a new era opens for the team. Youth formation will be the new motto, when we used to hire experienced riders before.
The scouting has started in Ukraine and Iran. The team's main focus will be on hilly races, and the secondary goals are flat and cobblestone races. We hope our new talents will show their worth in a near future.

With Roko's retirement and a new team on the tracks, Seong Hangeul feels his time has come too. Another of our great riders has gone. He was well known as the korean Poulidor, since he accumulated a lot of places on podiums but he didn't win very often. 1 Tour win and 5 podiums, as well as 3 timetrial wins and another bunch of TT podiums. Nevertheless, he was probably our most succesful rider ever. And one of the best koreans as well!
He leaves the racing team with 4231 points and is still uncertain if he wants a last challenge or is going to retire after this good career. Thank you Seong for bringing our team into D2, you did a great job for us.

Tour of Luxemburg (16h)

Objectives
- Earn money
- Earn experience with the young riders

Prologue
01. 00:00:00 Rodolfo Camacho (Team Ruhrgebiet)
02. 00:00:01 Keithon Knightley (Skullz)
03. 00:00:05 Boris Sergjewskij (Team Air Riders)
04. 00:00:06 Jesse Alba (Skullz)
|
13. 00:00:18 Hans Lasinger (NoPikouze)
23. 00:00:23 Bernardo Provenzano (NoPikouze)
29. 00:00:25 Masoud Zandi (NoPikouze)
48. 00:00:27 Allan Taylor (NoPikouze)

Annoying day with only 3kms TT... Taylor loses very much, not cool !

Stage 1
Image

Rankings
01. 00:00:00 Aija Inese (NoPikouze)
02. 00:00:00 Jostein Strevsom (BSE Marzahn)
03. 00:00:00 Servet Yilmaz (Team Australia)
04. 00:00:00 José Mineiro (Team Gismo)
05. 00:00:00 Jesse Alba (Skullz)

Hard work for the mass sprint, but really good chances. Aija (the U23 World Champion!) doesn't fail, fantastic :D
Some of the youngsters are very tired now, was a hard stage for them...

Tour of Luxemburg (16h)

Stage 2
Image

Rankings
01. 00:00:00 Samuel Caldeira (Gnoien Cycling)
02. 00:00:00 Jesse Alba (Skullz)
03. 00:00:00 Emanuele Terranova (Us Lecce)
04. 00:00:00 Bertram Klasse (Ludichen)
|
07. 00:00:00 Allan Taylor (NoPikouze)
28. 00:00:19 Hans Lasinger (NoPikouze)

Masoud Zandi in the breakaway, an attack by Kim and Bernardo in the last 30kms for the win and/or to exhaust the riding teams. Then there is an attack by Taylor programmed, but I delay it a little bit too much and he's unable to get out of the peloton... A pity. And of course Hans is a bradwürst!

Stage3
Image

Rankings
01. 00:00:00 Jesse Alba (Skullz)
02. 00:00:00 Samuel Caldeira (Gnoien Cycling)
03. 00:00:00 Marcelo Salas (Aston Team)
04. 00:00:00 Luis Rojado (Team Gismo)
05. 00:00:00 Bertram Klasse (Ludichen)
|
13. 00:00:00 Allan Taylor (NoPikouze)
15. 00:00:00 Hans Lasinger (NoPikouze)

Again Masoud in the breakaway, a late attack by Kim and Bernardo.
Lecce seeing he's not able to get rid of the 74 sprinters chooses to attack at 20km. Taylor planned to attack around 15... So he has to chase Lecce for some kms but he catches up. Then Marten Soopi joins us in the last 7% climb, nice group. But only a couple of seconds behind us is the peloton. Approx 6 riders making tempo to catch us, no real chance, really sad it was a nice race for me! Hans, as expected, is an Eierkuche...
I'm really annoyed by all those people making tempo without a chance to win :x

Another uncool thing is that Aija cant beat Alba for the "red" jersey anymore, pff :(

Not much to say about this, who cares. But I screwed up Aija's win on the last stage, that's a pity.

A relatively flat stage. Good work with all the sprinterteams together. Since nobody had a real sprinthelper, I hoped all the sprinters would be neutralised, which was the case :D
But instead of Azizi, it was the good old Hans who won the stage!! Even better, now he has maybe chances for the green jersey if he doesnt fail on the other stages 8-)

Strange sprint, but Hans manages to keep the green jersey versus Langendries. That's all what matters. My first jersey !
With 2 days in yellow plus a green jersey, this tour was really great for us. The young riders of the team showed also their worth in sprints (potemkine, azizi in top10) and by riding a lot the first 2 days (potemkine, zandi, gouchenko)

Finances : + 470.000 $

Image Pikouze has an eye for talent !

The nopikouze team manager, still in Kiev having fun with some open minded girls, never forgets about his team ! One day, he orders a meal at the local pizza hut, which is delivered by a young ukrainian courier on bike. Astonished by the speed of this delivery, he asks the boy about his training and about the substances he uses to improve his power. After an interesting discussion and a party with several 16 year old chicks, the deal is made. The manager was convinced by the professionnalism and the performances of the young Vlad. His parents will receive a fee of 150 USD as a compensation, and the boy joins the pro-tour cycling team immediatly.
