I did some few races in this game and i like it , just that field 2
Boring day without a race , it's restday to prepare for a win tomorrow so i decided to present my Dutch team here , didn't found a Dutch area

I actually think of changing my team before the end of this season,after taking a look to statics Sprint or hill sprint riders are the most who win , so i think i'll sell Okkert,Martijn, Klaas and will try to buy youth riders a 50-5x 80sprint , and 3 helpers kind of 50-72+ one of them with down , and set the traning in the same way , up+sprint for the sprinter , up+flat for the others and hope a strong team. just still worry about Conrad,i think this kind of classics need always a climber right ?? so mmmh

Yeah indeed a climber is really useful for him, to make the selection. And this kind of rider can also win a lot

I would keep the top 3 (a little classic as support), the flatriders, and replace the useless guy with a sprinter when you have the money.

After 3 wins in our last 3 races we got money , but not a sprinter, not a flat too, but the manager bought a new Woodcock with a lucky traning .
