to clarrify it, it was the first stage of the tour and noone of those riders got sprintpoints? in my oppinion the best placed should get white. But what if on second stage its exactly the other way round (noone with sprint points here too) so i think it is just randomness than that decides and places (outside sprint points) dont bother
