Except for semi-stages. On tours with 2 stages on one day, the rider will regenerate 2*Reg (e.g. 2*45=90) after the first stage and then regenerate fully after the second stage (e.g. 10*45=450)

More the road is hard, more you lose.
More the tempo is hard, more you lose.
Attacking costs much (and even more if you attack when the road is hard) , following costs too, but less than attacking.

You loose energy in groups only by riding without making tempo, too. More if the tempo is hard. And more in small groups.

hello!
The more players the game gets all over the world the more times the tours will get. But maybe there are times now that you can play? at which time would you be able to play

2) There are offline settings you can do for the race (helping, following, attacking) but in most cases its better you are online and you get kicked from races if you are offline too often

races good for me are 9 game time=7pm nz time
10= 8pm nz time
22= 8am nz time
24= 10am nz time( these times i race at,others are dont suit)
For tours wouldnt it b alot easier 2 just have 1-3stages at most a day so people dont have 2 keep going online and they would not get kicked from race as much??? :P

You can follow your own rider in the sprint, you just have to "help" him.

exemple: you have a 90sprinter and a 92 sprinter, you want the following situation: 90 sprints early and 92 follows his wheel

so you klick on the setting for the 90sprinter, sprint from 500m, helping Rider with 92 sprint, then setting for the 92 sprinter and sprint from 50m.

fairly sure there will be added times for nz/australia (and all other places that don't really have suitable times now). just a question of the number of players too

ssssj

first month i think you get 20 race points, from then on always 10.
