Good again. The young guys get two trainings and Hsien and Allan get ~50 % training. Jonas would have been nice, but at 25 his chance for training is less than 1/2. Downtranings are in the expected range, but main skills stayed for most riders.2025-11-20 Lauri Vaska TimeTrial -1

Expected about 6 downtrainings, but only got 2. And both of them don't even matter much.
Uptraining also quite nice. Nebyla to 65 mountain now, which is much more than I expected. Grala seems very motivated in his new team and takes the important last training at 24.
Palamarchuk continues his insane training. 70 flat, 90 sprint at 24 is so much more than expected. Can probably switch him to mountain now to have good MSR chances. Dosmagambetov also nice. Missed 1 training this month, which is completely fine. Finally the expected trainings from Mamatkhodzhaev and Coyotecatly.
Overall nothing to complain about at all
Re: Training
You win some, you lose some, but overall it looks nice. Marek going 76 at 29 is brilliant, Humberto going 86 (84.5 pave) is nice as well. For Humberto, that is probably not enough to fight for PR against stronger teams, but still nice. On the other hand, the 23-25 fraction lost out this time. Downtraining Andres stands out negatively, flat and sprint. So, top form next month is probably the last chance for him to be a leader; maybe he has one more month in him as part of the new, weaker train.2025-11-27 Lauri Vaska Downhill -1

Overall, Allan is still above expectations; now he is on his way to get 83 or 84 mountain. Jonas is above expectations in flat, but below in climbing, average overall. Humberto is very average. A 72 flat starting value rarely makes a monster. Marek and Adriaan are still above expectations, even if flat should be higher. Thorvald is slightly below expectations, even if some managers do not believe it. perfect starting values, and neither protecting downhill nor sprint gets you a strong classic with huge weaknesses.

Glück triple at 36 not ideal, keeps mountain at least. Mountain 45, still usable, but barely.
Ganambarr at 34 overdoes it. -2, including climbing. But well, our fault too, after his 2 important wins in the spring we basically ignored him..
+
Winzenried with a minus, no problem, downhill still one to lose.
Lafuente 78 now
Kotibaruly 79 flat
Kagge double, 50-66
They all had 100%, nothing else, is a bit depressing. Some Ousland, , Iskanderov, Vigni would have been nice.

As for uptraining, Diego 100%, Dokker 100%, Baddetti 96%. Kerken (now 73-81) and Barlington (now 84FL) the unexpected trainings, but not worth having Napier miss 96% + 53% and other guys like Cruz, Callard, Henkey, Sartore... not hitting 10%+ trainings
Had worse trainings for sure, but this one not great. Only Kerken kinda saves it

Taiaroa and Roy aat 39 -5 is normal
Glück -3 at 37, ok
Ganambarr -4 at 35 is entirely too much. Keeps mountain only
Lanfredini loses flat at 34
Toulet starts his downtraining career in style, sprint and downhill
Oldies not good for once, Lanfredini after 5 trainings lost already 2 flat, Toulet 1/1 in sprint
+
Iskanderov mountain. 85 now
Kotibaruly flat
Kagge and Bonjour were at 100%
Iskanderov makes it a good training... no, not really. No Lafuente with 77%.. .yes, more luck getting Iskanderov with than bad luck in not getting Lafuente, but Lafuente plus the oldies, plus no Ousland.. not too happy with the training. Very happy with Iskanderov, but that's it.

Toktybay -5 a bit more downtraining than I hoped for, but at least he's getting cheaper. Hwang losing his first Sprint, but still not losing any flat so far. Can't really complain at his age. Makhamadzhonov losing mountain again proving I made the right decision to not take him to Mexico.
Uptraining finally with a bit more mountain focus. Looks a lot nice than all the flat of the last months. Especially Grala very nice. At 25 already my 2nd best classic when it comes to mountain skill (Maybe a sign that my other classics really don't like to train at the moment). Taiwia and Palamarchuk alos nice, but not taking mountain wouldn't hurt much.
Dosmagambetov and Mamatkhodzhaev both not missing their slightly below 100% also good and finally the 100% trainings for my young guys. Would be nice if Coyotecatl would take at least 1 or 2 flat trainings this month too. Last classics were very unlucky with this.
Re: Training

Re: Training
Not sure how to feel about this training. Kozo keeps sprint, good for his last ever race tomorrow. Goris -4, keeps dh, better than expected at 38, perfect cheap rider at this point. For the uptrainings: 100%, 100%, 100%, 96%, 96%, 2%. At least the 96% hit this time, but that should be the norm of course. Barlington takes the dh which he was only covering, we'll take it but it leaves me unmoved. Apart from that Napier missed 53% MO again, Cruz didn't train (32%) again and missed his 3rd consecutive training like that, and from the 11 possible trainings between 4-20%, none hit.2025-12-12 Nikola Kozomara Downhill -1

Glück -4, that is way too much at 37. Now 45-80, he's reached the point where he's useless races with even slight hills, 45, ok ok, but combined with only 80, bringing back Toulet if necessary sounds too hard already.
Ganambarr loses a sprint point, could be worse at 35 1 downtraining only is actually fully ok.

Ousland, now 56-83. Good. But, and this will make Taka very happy... I'm jealous of the minor Ousland Taka has. 63-85? 85 anyway. +8+11, mine has only +6+10. Grrr, Give me 58-84! But training, so good. 83 now, will try to get 84 before moving back to mountain training
Lafuente 79 mountain now, good, missed the last one, gets this one, good, excellent
Kotibaruly 81 flat, over 80 pavé now, good. Of course for him we hope to get 86+ flat, Winzenried needs a guy with flat besides him. So ways to go, but so far his training has been perfect.
Kagge double, 68 flat now... asking myself why he's there, but ok, he was cheap, now we know why, I can't resist a cheap rider that some day might have an upside, even if not a huge one. For him the potential upside, useful in pavé, will happen after Roubaix of course (unless he trains nonstop and is at 82 for Roubaix...) so pretty useless, but couldn't resist. Training is good, after bringing the mountain to 50, now we try to bring the sprint to 55. For no real benefit, but what else?
Bonjour the 100% double, so of course no problem there.
Ousland-Lafuente-Kotibaruly make it a good training, even if our oldest successful trainee was 24 this time. But we'd take the same training for the rest of December too, no problem.
