Fixes for the following bugs with latest version:
- salary during NC
- twice double reg after half stage
- wrong TTT result in news
- No chat refresh on race refresh
- sprint energy set as rider energy after race
- signing up 20yo
- teams missing in stats --> division 6
- counting offline days during tours

I cant test resetting as i cant sell all my riders, the 6 riders left in my team cannot be sold i cant an error for riders are still active in a race (they are not) but probably they are still active in the race where i was able to ride with not enough riders?

Looks like it was the race where you weren't fully signed up, which at that time produced data, which is now found. I cleaned it up, feel free to try again.

Edit: works fine, I just sold Max

esc did ride alone at 14h today,

he abandoned the race at km 110 and it seems like race is stuck there

3 of them worked

4th one I had to do it 3 times and still needed to login again before it was shown

what happens with 39 yo that are in a tour during the month change? is that tested yet?

They'll still be sold (but not yet tested). The change is mainly so riders don't just silently disappear, that way, the teams still get their value

they shouldnt been shown as ex riders, schlattinger is 21 years old
Max is 32 years old they both should be on the transfer market but they are not, and if i go on my team on transfer and click on their names there its lead to an error code

Max is even not anymore found in statistics neither as ex riders nor at riders

Kellenberger is still there (if you click on him in transfers), the other two were sold intentionally or with reset? They are indeed lost (even from DB)

fixed the reset, sold all my riders, put myself in Div 6 and did the reset. Bad ide, lost a few millions with it

Edit: I'll try to setup the DB again from the original. Then there are also more races to choose from.
