Odin Myklebust Flach: +1
Ragnar Westgaard Berg: +1
It's like really shit. All I cared about was Ragnar. But he missed flat with 21 now. So Out of Magnus, Mikkel and Ragnar every norwegian missed an important 21y training. Haugland didn't but he missed today... 2hich was my second fav training for today.

The rest wasn't bad. Paz useless tbh. Wanna sell him even with 76 mountain. The rest of the classics is lazy though. Osso downhill...okay. Fuenmayor not lazy yet but he now reaches the "lazy territory" of the others.

Salvatierra best one. Now takes the r QUICK flat crown with whopping 86!

Heikki Mikkola Berg: +1

Martin Söderström Flach: +1
Talon Medaglia Flach: +1
Heikki... better train flat next week!

Martin very good, 86 flat with 24y.

Talon takes 97%, now 92%.

Roi misses 59% is a little bummer.

Nothing else I can ask for. Good training.

André Chassot Flach: +1
André Chassot Sprint: +1
Wilson Stringfellow Berg: +1
Wilson Stringfellow Flach: +1
-
Rrurrambu only -2, keeps sprint and flat.
Gurruwiwi loses flat

+
Magritte 85 flat, 84.1 pavé. Not starting the pavé race yesterday helped maybe!
Lorenzini 81 sprint now, after a longish break at 79, 2 in a row.
Longbottom 80 flat, now going for mountain. -1 downhill not ideal, will cover it now.
Garcia finally the mountain. 82, 1/4 at 23 is still not superb, but better than 0/4 would have been.
Double Woldemariam, 63-77 now, flat still weakish, will never be top, but every + is good.
Double Chassot, 63-82 now, missed one sprint, got 4 flat, at 22 first focus will be sprint, we have Lorenzini with 73 flat, we don't need the same rider twice.
Stringfello 48-78 now, 2/4 mountain not brilliant, but this time double, so good.

Outstanding training really,
D

I won't post this training, it's too traumatizing. After Tsegaye left out flat with 21 already, now all three 21 yo left out their flat training, all having 87% likelihood to train it. Never seen such an abomination of a training....
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

I dont risk anything at 21y anymore after some missed 9X% trainings. I am more mad at myself failing with risk than not getting a huge amount of double trainings.

Training 27.11.2023:
Oliver Zwar Abfahrt: +1
Roi Paananen Flach: +1
Talon Medaglia Flach: +1
Well done Talon and Roi. Next month we need some more for sure.

Overall very decent. Nesterenko losing flat at the first chance bad, but other downtrainings very good.
No random good training, but every young rider taking everything that I hoped for. Especially Bakayev really needed that double training

André Chassot Sprint: +1
Wilson Stringfellow Flach: +1
Enea Novelli Berg: +1
Enea Novelli Flach: +1
Rrurrambu only -3. almost (almost!) regret not taking him to the great Tamil Nadu&Kerala International Bicycle Race. Who needs Marquez+Garcia... Rrurrambu and Chassot!
Gurruwiwi: Unlike Rrurrambu he didn't take it to well not to be taken to India. -2, mountain and sprint
Vanuystel: -3, but keeps the 2 important ones.

+
Lorenzini:Up to 82 now, outstanding, doesn't want t leave Chassot the no 1 position without a fight. +16 in 21 trainings, very nice.
Woldemariam: 64 mountain now, now 98%, but we'll take the risk hoping for another flat
Chassot 83 sprint, good, took a slight risk, now 93%... might take the risk again in the hopes the 23% flat is taken too.
Stringfellow: 79 now, 100%
Novelli: Double at 100%, normal

Good training with Lorenzini going up, Missing Garcia, but that's Garcia it seems.

Ok, let's start with the negatives: Fuenmayor misses mountain. And when a 25y old classic missing mountain is a negatives, that says something about the quality of this training.

Parisi keeps flat, cool.
Enzo and MM improve. Nice.

Magnus takes sprint! Focus already on flat but needed 1-2 more sprint imo, so that is great.

Ragnar and Thor double, far from selbstverständlich!

Nice training this time. The Sheriff is getting fit for his job! on the other side of the spectrum, it seems Keorapetse Kgositsile really got jinxed by r TAKA. After leaving out 87% flat with 21, he also leaves out 95% with 22... But he still will be a nice helper.

Rrurrambu all 5
Gurruwiwi 2, but nothing important
Isidoor 2, the 2 that count, now down to 58-81. Still useful of course

+
Longbottom 55 mountain now, good, 60-80 the goal
Woldemariam the mountain, doesn't bite for the flat
Chassot double, excellent. Risk rewarded. No more risk this month.
Stringfellow the expected flat, not 100% anymore now
Novelli the double.

Missing is once again Garcia,, shock in Erumely didn't work, he's happy not training much. An 82-52 climber... what are we going to do with you my dear...
Despite that, can't complain, Longbottom and double Chassot is good.

Bakayev again making up for horrible training last month with a risky double. Gil training downhill, so I can stop covering again for a while. Apart from that no surprises

No trainings-log, so I'll use this opportunity to try and figure it out anyway. I know my riders(even without checking their development stats)!
Parisi - certainly lost mountain and flat. And I also choose sprint.

Next on the list is Hurtado. As the training log, we sort by age! +1 flat. Now 87 nice.

Fuenmayor! No triple this time. Only mountain. Nice!

Salvatierra, flat! Also 87 now. Really strong.

Arrazola! Downhill minus. But it's something I guess for this lazy lad

Tveitt takes sprint. Bo, Odin and Magnus all flat.

Ragnar double! 3rd time flat...so now more flat trainings with 22 than with 21. Okay okay

Thor - double again.
Strong training. Carlos, Rafael and Ragnar especially
