The usual suspects Bram, Bouzidi and Svidirenko form the top 3. Tour podia and GT stage wins are driving this top 10, so we see almost only climbers. Interesting thing is that Takeuchi rarely won stages, but did well in most GC's in big tours and therefore earned a fourth place in this list.
