Re: Olmania Production
Flat race with a few climbs far from the line. and a few dirt roads on the way.

Re: Olmania Production
One hill at the start, then it's flat.

Re: Olmania Production
3 new profiles today.
The hilly one where a mess can easily happen :

The hilly one where sprinters could easily come back :

The "false" flat one, where offensive riders could trick the bunch :

A few new races, mostly flat, sometimes a bit hilly :
(are flat races still the ones missing the most in the database ?)

Re: Olmania Production
Sort of up and down all way long :

Flat race in Sweden, but might be possible to eliminate weak riders in the first kms :

It's a bit too early to create July post, so I post it here now, and will move it to the July topic later :

Re: Olmania Production

The first cat climb is not that steep, pure climbers will sieb but probably not win here.

Hilly race at the beginning, but sprinters have a real chance to come back in the long valley !
Re: Olmania Production
Designed a 1 week tour. I know it's not offseason at the moment. If needed these stages could be slightly modified (title and data) in order to be used as one day race.

First stage is quite easy. But the last climb will make it impossible for most pure sprinters.

Pure sprinters could come back, the hills are not that steep and quite far from the finish line.
The first 1cat mountain should interested the ones who will fight for the climber's jersey.

This one is the easy one for the sprinter's teams.

Similar to stage 2. Nothing impossible for sprinters, or hill sprinters, or even a breakaway.

The final climb is NASTY. but the finish line is not at the top of it !

A short and nervous mountain stage where many things could happen and general classification established the day before could totally change ! Classic riders will be helpful to the climbers with ambitions here (or the opposite !).

The first climb is short but terrible. Then there are some hills but nothing crazy.

Re: Olmania Production

Hilly race with a steep km in the final circuit (11%).
And a flat race :

Re: Olmania Production
Flat race in North East of France. A few hills, but far from the finish line.

Flat race in Mexico :

A hilly race, with a long flat ending where perhaps sprinters could come back if having strong teammates and being well organized :

Re: Olmania Production
2 african flat races as it can end with a mass sprint, but not completely flat. Some hills, soft ones or with sieb could create surprises :
In Malawi, last sieb km125 but 3/3/0 in the last 3kms :

In Uganda, some serious sieb possible in the 3cat climbs; less opportunities later on :

A hilly race in Iranian mountains :

Re: Olmania Production
A 4 days tour in Miranda state of Venezuela.
Quite balanced tour even if the last stage could be insane.
A totally flat stage to start this tour, the opportunity for sprinters to get the stage + leader's jersey :

A few steep hills in the middle of the stage. Will it be enough to eliminate the sprinters, possible but unsure. Could be a breakaway day also, fight for mountains jersey to expect. Possible new GK leader after that stage:

A flat stage but one steep (but short) climb 40kms from the finish line. Sprinter teams should make it, probably because there is another half stage coming shortly after this one. 2 pavé streets when crossing old towns, a possible risk for some leaders ?

A short, slightly hilly and very technical ITT. 2 pavé streets in that time trial. GK leaders should change here.

A mountain stage with a profile that can turn the race crazy. The two steepest climbs are very early in the race. The fight to put helpers in the breakaway won't be easy on the first climb (20kms @4.5% average) immediately followed by the climb to el Fortin (7kms @10.5%). The downhill from el fortin to the sea side is damn steep (-14% average, careful if it rains !). And then comes the monster climb : 11kms @15% ! Downhill to Caracas is about the same as the first downhill, just shorter. Climbers could make a decisive advantage in these climbs; but it's really far from the finish line. Are they ready for a 100kms ride ? How will they cooperate ? or not ? Classic riders will come back ? How to manage the last climb (9kms @7%) ? Can the grupetto make it in time ? Options are open and most riders should finish this stage and tour totally exhausted after this short stage with over 5000m of denivelation :

A 5 days tour in Andhra Pradesh, India.
A quite easy tour, with not much denivellation. 3 flat stage, and 2 "easy" hilly stages.
Stage 1 :
Flat stage. But one "serious" climb (6-7%, never more) where it will be possible to eliminate sprinters; will they come back ? All of them ?

Stage 2 :
All flat. Short stage.

Stage 3 :
HIlly stage, but a sprint is still possible, without top sprinters probably. HIlls are not really steep but sieb are possible.

Stage 4 :
Hilly stage, probably the key stage for GC. But the leader from stage 3 could keep his jersey too.

Stage 5 :
Flat stage, long stage to finish this third tour. Last fight for green jersey and stage win for sprinters.
