Wouldn't it be worth trying (since rewriting is a long way off) to reduce the bonus by 1/3 for your own rider? If the change is fairly easy to implement, you could simply test it and do a trial run over one or two weeks.

There are some nice ones, and the dates should be available. There are some very nice all-round tours, usually lasting 4-7 days.
Perhaps an option for the off-season.

In previous cases, one day races were cancelled and stage races were then 'simply' delayed, e.g. if 10h TDF cannot go ahead, they can ride the stage tomorrow and everything could be delayed one day. of course completely disrupts the time schedule on a weekend, but unfortunately nobody can do anythi...
