TTT minimum riders

A tiny bug. I'm riding the TTT Normand with 4 riders now and I tried to find out how many of my riders should be in the team by the end, so I told my riders not to wait for a certain guy. Then it says that it's not possible as we need 5 riders to finish.. that's impossible
