Maybe a whitelist for multiple IPs would be useful. That would of course require a little coding by Buhmann, but could avoid many unnecessary discussion. And maybe I should post that in the right thread and forum

I´m not interested in same IPs . I´m interested in same IPs of teams which are riding for each other. So don´t start a discussion only because of a same IP and we have not a problem.
