Rider out of Tempo

At the last two weeks I have recognize, that sometimes a rider of mine goes out of tempo without any instruction from me. I wrote just a comment. Today this bug may cost me a tour, so I report it. Today at 15:00 Canaria I bring Yankel Labershov into tempo, 4:00 minutes behind the first group (I saw him at tempo!). Then I wrote a comment to motivate the sprinters to work for a mass sprint. As I see my comment, the group is 4:53 ahead and Yankel is not at tempo.
