As Schartner and I already wrote in the regular chat there must be an issue.

I received for finishing Giro $ 683.100 but in prize money calculation it says $ 776.250 (388.125 for GC 6 and sprint jersey). These figures are already reduced as the morning edition had 9 instead of 10 teams.
Based on base table i should have received 2x 431.250.
388.125 = 431250 / 10 * 9

It's a display error only. For each stage, prize money is 125% of normal at category 5, tour money is only 110% at category 5, but is shown as 125%. So for p6 GC you get:
base prize money * number of stages * tour money category factor * group size factor
or
15000 * 23 * 1.1 * 0.9
