I, somehow, like both tours.
Maybe you should rethink GPM. In Atlas, jersey would be 90% done after 1st stage, and this 2cat after 3kms in last stage is ... :lol: Actually, it's more 2cat in 3kms up than the position which is :lol:
You could add 2x4cat in stage 1 of Cuba, and 1x4cat in stage 3, what do you think ?
How steep is the hill in the TT in Cuba ? and the flat km at the end is normal ?

Thank you for your ideas and suggestions :P
I can change stage 1 and 3 from the Atlastour, then the figt Hilljersey is more and longer open.

The hill at the tt stage 2 Cuba is 9/4/6 and the last km is flat.
