Race crashed at sprint 350m

That nice Race "Tour du Nord Cotentin", which started at july 6th at 12 pm with three teams crashed at 350m of final sprint.
Ridiculous: Mintact in a 191 km race starting at km 68! The race took 157 min… and finally crashed.

pls. fix it!

i can subscribe to races, riders regenerated, but i dont see the race neither in my history (no money, no palmares etc.). did you set the race to finish the sprint today?

i am still in yesterdays crashed race (same for "barba roja" and "araka la kana" i guess):

and still nothing shown in palmares or finances. race for system not finished hence nothing participartors of stuck race can do…

I am in the same situation as ambition. The next day I signed up at 8 pm I think and I was not among the participants. Can you get us out of the race on the 6th?

I think now you should be ok, probably would be better if you uninscribe and reinscribe to the race you want to play, but should be ok anyway, let me know.

It was not possible to continue the race, so there is no palmares and no money, to compensate you I gave you 3 days more in license/racepoints.

what should be ok now? no palmares, no points, no money (you can give money-panalties, but no money-boni?), not able to race next day, 4 dead riders. and 3 days license points is all i get as a paying license-holder since years? seriously? very disappointing. thats mockery. id accept palmares for heigl (gall was set to loose), around 120k money and corresponding points for the classement. you can see the result in my first screenshot.

i can race today (again stupid 12 pm), but did i really ride that stupid 157 minutes race crashing in sprint at 350m for 3 stupid race days?

think about it. im considering leaving this game, its becoming ridiculous and annoying.

Have to be with ambi at that point indeed - even if we are more paying because we love the game we are paying so there should be a good compensation ... either not only some license days but more like 14 days+ or money / points (then also okay without license points)

I don't like anyway what you Chense wrote, "We have the license we need a better treatment", if there is a problem involving a race everybody should have an equal compensation. I am not going to give only to Ambi the money because he has the license (note that also the other two guys anyway have it), but to everybody who was involved.

For points and money there is a bit of calculation to do, considering it was a cat 1 race with 3 teams so 70% reduction of everything.
So just calculate all placements of that race and sum it, or do you have other ideas?

For palmares, I will check, easiest thing is just increasing the number of your wins but not assigning it to your rider, will use a bit of time to see what can be done.

I didnt mean to say that paying guys will have to receive more - what i wanted so say was more like - some guys pay others not ... but if youi want it that way (and in my thoughts the right way) every user should be given some reward for bugs that occured .. but all should in this case not get a regular cashback but one like if they played the fame ... i mean if you ride every race its less then 3 cents per race but its still something ...

i just remember Ogame (before it came commercial and it was just some "pay if you like game") if there was a bug they used to pay like 3 times the ressources lost by bugs ... i dont need 3 times ... but at least 1 times ...

i never meant to get more than others, i just want a fair compensation (for all and possibly for every race that crashes). in this race its quite easy cause it crashed in sprint and not somewhere before decisive mountain or whatever. i won p 1,2,7,8, thats fact. palmares entry would be undoubtable fair, money and points corrseponding for the result too. same for others ofc. how i calculated 120k? i just guessed, but i am sure you can calculate it accurate. p1,2,7,8 normally brings good money if you started below wage.
and btw: if i put chense right, he didnt mean that paying license holders should get more, but that for license holders a license days compensation is less of interest. consequently license days is not a fair compensation. you can give everybody a barrel of beer, but if one got beer for a year at home, he wont be as interested in that bounty as much.

Well when you say that in my opinion you are already making a discrimination, "some pays some not". I am not saying that it is a bad thing (lot of online services do this), but that at the moment in rsf there isn't any advantage in terms of bug fixing or assistance due to paying the license.

The problem in my opinion is that you have to take a realistic picture of what the game is at the moment. Just taking my case, during the last month I had:

- An app that once there was a sieb just gave me blank screen everywhere
- In the sprint sometimes I have no refresh, and I lose 50m easily, this could make you lose a race in that moment
- In a couple of sprint my sprinter bounced here and there without sense
- In a race siebed rider came back after a mountain
- I was inscripted to one race but actually I was never in.

These are just the few I remember, so in this case what kind of compensation I should get? To say this in short if everybody here would ask for a compensation for bugs that affected his race, it would be better to give tomorrow to everybody a 500k compensation.

In this case clearly the race was almost finished, there are the results and so on. But compensating everyone hit by a bug in this moment would be pretty long (almost daily someone has a bug).

I also think that in theory your idea is good, but in the current state of rsf can be backfiring.

P.S. I don't comment the 3cents thing, at least until I find someone who gives me all the time and work I want for 3 cents per day

Uhm, no it's set for Heigl. Kierner won a race two days after, can you confirm that?

Some fast calculation and approximation (everything is reduced to the 30% as there were just 3 teams.

Ambi 100k + 75points
Araka 60k + 45pts
Barba 60k + 45pts

If everybody is ok with it, I add to everybody account.
