Muss ich wohl nicht viel dazu sagen...

Muss einfach nicht sein, wenn man nicht gewinnen kann, dass man dann andere beleidigt aus Frust.
Mit 1000 Rennen sollte man soweit sein, dass man sich soweit im Griff hat.

dreckiger lutscher muss ich mich nicht nennen lassen. Sucker oder Lutscher hab ich mir schon oft genug anhören müssen von Ihm, aber irgendwann ist auch genug.

But anyway. lutscher and sucker clearly not that big of a problem. putting bad adjectives before it...yeah, I agree it can get out of control then. I understand why you can easily see this as an offense at some point. If "dreckiger" is offensive enough is up to the FPK I guess. My gutt would tell me no

The Problem here is, he didn't just call im sucker and lutscher, but "dreckiger" lutscher, which is much more offensive than just lutscher or sucker alone. I think Bugatti pointed that out as well. Anyway, I don't know if this deserves a penalty or if I would open a thread because of that, but if Bugatti feels offended by that, I can understand it.

Actually you should know with your experience in FairPlay matters that we in the case always examine the cases.

But actually being in the free situation, where he gets tons of sucker insults every race, he probably finds it normal... I mean if nothing happens when people tell him, why should something happen when he tells it to the others?

Basically if we give a fine for this, we should give a fine for the same reason from now on to everybody, starting from Fraegg.

Actually this whole "free is a victim of abuse/accusations" story needs to be revised. More often than not, at least in races I see, it's free himself who starts dishing out the "sucker", the -2 the "noob", the mostly not punishable stuff. So saying he gets it that often so he might think it's normal... nope, as I said, most of the time HE is the instigator. Not the poor victim just hitting back, as he likes to portrait himself.

And so far fines were only given when the recipient complained about it. Occasionally when someone went overboard a report by somebody else was enough, but not normally. And here we have the situation that Bugatti complained about the "dreckiger Lutscher". And then IMO a fine is deserved (language thing too, IMO dreckiger in german sounds worse than dirty in english, but maybe don't fully appreciate the power of "dirty".) Normally IMO an absolutely minimal fine is deserved. Here though I'd like to mention that free than clearly attempted to intimidate the fairplay committee. I'd go with 2 millions after that.
