Les bonifications
Comme l'an dernier, des bonifications sont attribuées à l’arrivée de toutes les étapes en ligne (ce qui exclut les contre-la-montre). Elles sont de 10, 6 et 4 secondes aux trois premiers coureurs classés.
Le classement par points
Les organisateurs distinguent trois types d’étapes : Sans difficultés (étapes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 11, 14, 16, 21) - Parcours accidenté (étapes 5, 7, 10, 12) - Grande difficulté (étapes 8, 9, 15, 17, 19, 20).

Circuito de Getxo is the same of last year. A 17km circuit repeated 10 times.

Also la PolyNormande looks the same. I didn't find much info but they say they start from Avranches and after they enter a circuit of around 12kms.
