i read the case, nice to see , that i got fined, because, while i sit Equipe i help at the same time Pirati, but NOBODY check that i got win red jersey...then today we have case like Alfarone or Guciuzuza, and all say, are just stupid, no fine!

When i got a fine for ride to win with Equipe team and Pirati ot helped (but was a legal move), then should minimally got fined Guciuzuza and Alfarone too...1 race was 50K....500 race (Guciuzuza)...are 25 million!

Give us a good explanation why you have the same IP as pirati and we can discuss about your ban.

Actually the explanation was given in the thread somebody linked to earlier.
Which makes sense, true or not, it is believable, so IMO really no reason to ban now.

I read the thread again and i didn't found an explanation in english.

And the thing is, both made a long break, but both bought and sold riders at nearly the same dates:

31.03/01.04 pirati sold/bought
01.04 equipe sold/bought

30.11 pirati sold
30.11 equipe sold

03.12 pirati bought
03.12 equipe bought

And then both began to ride again this month, after a longer break since february.
This all looks like a multi, so we decided to ban both until we got a good explanation, but it seems he/they doesn't want to give us one.
