hi leso. yesterday the last race (11pm) didnt finish (crashed twice. first time restart at km where it crashed after lets say 15 minutes; second time it crashed at km 155 and didnt continue/finish). but riders lost partially energy without the race continuing (especially those that were in tempo before crash or had attacks planned).
so pls reset the riders of that race-day to the state before the race (and add the regeneration over night) if possible.
e.g. two riders of mine had like 920 at km 155. we could watch the reg going down to 0, without the race continuing. it will take my mentioned riders more than three days to fully regenerate, instead of one day. but a tour where they want to start starts tomorrow…

UPDATE: before todays 6pm race (i am actually riding), i saw in the team-overview and on the race-subscription that the reg was reset to the state before yesterdays crashed race (so all fit in my case). hence i changed my team for todays 6pm race and nominated some that were still shown as when i subscribed like 2-3 hours ago. but now during the race they show up dead again. i wanted them to be fit for tomorrows starting tour. but bug yesterday and nominated today cause i thought the reg lost due to bug was corrected, even made the situation worse.

i know you do your best and i hope you will find a fast solution for the reg-issues.

the race referred to in this bugreport: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4456 has been my third race in a row on 3 consecutive days that, due to server issues, did not finished. though i have not the slightest inside in the technical procedure, its getting annoying meanwhile, "official" statements like "should work again" doesnt seem to be very helpful to calm me down either. (no offense intended! i´ám quite aware of you guys doing this as a kind of off time project with no wealth gained - thx for your efforts btw!). nonetheless, especialy with the here viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4457 mentioned latest crash of today, wouldnt it be way better to take the side down till the issues are solved for real??? while giving us some information here about the progress (and maybe a link to this information on the downtaken side to avoid further confusion)

We didnt make any change in the programm or in the database structure.
And the fact what the bugs only happenned at irregular rhytm a few times during the day make it very difficult to find the reason or a solution.
Any change through the provider should be the key.
I hope the settings I changed will help.
