Youth riders turning 21 before accepting bid

Hi,

What happenes to a youth rider (20 yo) when I bid for him on the 30th, but the rider does not accept the bid before season change?
Will the rider then join my team on the 1st or 2nd immediately? Or will he still be 21 a season later? Or even join me as a 22 year old without any trainings?

The rider gets 21 and joins the team immediatly. He won't miss a training cause the last possible day for such a rider to accept a bid is the 3rd of the new month (?!).

they just turn 21 and than come into your team as FL said. Just look at the JTM right now, there are 20 year old and 21 year old. All 21 year old come into the team this month if you buy them
