The conclusion in the german case was that in D7b there seems to be no training. Bug.

He was inactive for a while, travel, honeymoon he said, and according to him the training on march 5th didn't take place. Inactive for a month it seems, from 07.02 to 07.03 no race it seems (fairness votes). Right now he is in D6, so possible he was in D7b for a few days at the end of his month off.
There is no reason his team shouldn't train when in 7b. Low division teams can't take a month off without missing trainings?
Give the guy his training and correct the bug.
- low division teams fall to 7b soon, lose trainings. No problem for us D1 teams I can take 5 monts off before I'm in D7b..
- old riders don't lose skills, excellent for my team in a year, I'll go to 7b to keep my riders fresh for the Giro
And if he didn't fall into D7b check why he didn't get his training (as he said).
