we told him it was an teamattack, he dont care about. he makes 10+km with the 3th driver, and his leader got 2 helpers this time.
he save energy for helper cause he let fall back the one who was in tempo before + his now red leader save energy cause of 2 helpers.
then he let him fall back without any kind of access, after this chat:

I attacked with 2 riders (was my initial plan) and an other follow. Thus unfortunately I had 3 guys front. Fairway and Allrad complained, I checked the rules and then let fall back one of them (of course not my leader come on it was my plan to have him front!!! and I fight for RED). Okay 10km last between this 2 actions but during this time, I worked RED with one, and Fairway not. The situation was fair, my 2 riders and the 2 of Fairway lost the same amount of energy. Actually I lost far more because I attacked.

Then come the sprint (km 18), there was no fight as it was 61sp against 49sp... Dont know why Fairway sprinted with its 49sp (3mountain pts) instead of its 56sp (17mountain pts).

Okay if it was like that you did profit from your team attack because you dropped the rider who already rid +had a helper for your "leader". I dont wanna say you weren't able to achive your red jersey otherwise but just illegaly used your Teamattack

maybe he also get the red without this illegal attack, but now is it save just cause of this illegal attack.. otherwise i got no bad chance with spatz and wood to leech him for the mountains.. now its done and he feels and speak in chat like "this is normal race behaviour"

It was an unfortunate action. I was following RC, but no one attack, thus I attacked with 2 others and RC follow me. Unfortunately I finished with 3 riders front.
I let fall the wrong one, I agree. Sorry for that.

Am glad you recognize that it doesnt change anything about the mountain sprint. But yes it was a pity for EQ FRIENDS which was front for the stage

I dont want to fight with you, really I apologize.

You should keep fighting for red because am not sure to be able to manage this week-end... then you can maybe take my red without too much effort

the problems are:
1) he makes 10km+ red tempo with the driver, he let then fall back (we told him, he need to let fall back a driver who wasnt in tempo!)
2) we told him its not ok, but he dont care cause he want the advantage
3) he still go for red with the leader who save the red with an "rule breaking" (for me = cheating) attack
4) he win a red tour jersay with rule breaking and its look like its"ok"

I didnt cheat, I make an unfortunate mistake because one of my rider hang an other one then I let him fall back in the peloton.
Moreover it doesnt impact at all the sprint as it was 72mount/61sp against 63/56 on a 6%.
I apologize for the unfortunate unfair team attack but it doesnt change anything.

but your behaviour is SCANDALOUS on the race chat and in this forum lying to make me kick... What a wonderfull life way, is it fair way?

Cheating is something different that "just" breaking the fairness rules. I am sure there will be a penalty for that, but kicking somebody out of the game because is out of question. At least if it does not occur regularly.

Lying is not a breach of the fairness rules. So I guess you just have to remember that for the next time you ride with or against chartreuse.

This is a general statement and might not reflect the sitation in this particular race:

If the team, that attacked with 3 riders let the rider who was in tempo for 10 km drop back to the field and this team is experienced, then the team should be kicked out of the tour or otherwise severely punished. There should be no jersey and no virtual financial success for such behaviour.

What is that discussion about? A 100% clear team attack, beeing told that by a fair-known teams (Allrad for ex in this case) - and he used the team attack to gain something (here: Red jersey).

Has to be fined hard, with points and money off for the jersey/intermeds plus extra fine.

Maybe you did not want to do something unfair, Chartreuse, but:

1.) You have to accept the fairness rules BEFORE the race, not during the race.

2.) Because of that, it took 10 km for you to check and react.

3.) You reacted wrong. You should have let fall one of your still not used riders and not the one already riding 10 km. Because of that, you had an unfair advantage -> riding with a rider for 10 km that should not be in the group, still having two fit riders afterwards.

4.) Of course you don't have to let fall your leader. But there was a second rider in the group too, after your third, already used rider was not in the group anymore.

And that's way it was against the fairness rules. Not knowing them is not an excuse. And it does not matter what other teams say, neither Fairway nor EQ Friends or anybody else. And:

5.) The result is not important in this case, in my opinion. Even if it would have been the same with a correct behaviour.
