Since it is not planned as a stage race, there could also be no intermediate sprint...
Just a thought.

Du solltest vlt noch den Etappennamen bisschen ändern so, dass man erkennen kann, dass es sich hierbei um Etappe 1 handelt.
Ansonsten sieht es gut aus.

Removed the intermediate sprints, because it is not considered to be a stage race, wookie. I think it looks much better now.

After Wookie's evoked the idea of a stage race in me, I've made an effort to draw such. It drives in five stages through the Eifel from south to north. Since the Eifel is a low range mountain, it should be clear, that sprinters are not favoured. Three stages (1, 3 and 5) are very hilly, stage 2 has got only small difficulties and stage 4 is a short ITT.
Here are the images of the stages:

And now a race in and around Bergen in Norway with short but very steep ascents and descents

Image

The course starts in the Christies gate in Bergen. After 400 m the course turns right onto the Rv 585. The peloton stays on that road for a few kilometres and turns left onto Fv 186 in Paradis (km 8). In Ulsmag (km 11) the riders turn again left onto Rv 580 until they reach Arna (km 24). There is a right turn onto the E16. After following the fjord for some kilometres they take the Rv 7 in south-western direction (km 34). At the Frølandsvatnet (km 48) the peloton turns left onto the Rv 48. At kilometre 90 the riders reach the Hardangerfjord and turn left onto Rv 49, head along the border of the fjord until they reach Norheimsund (km 132). Here the peloton turns left onto Rv 7 in direction Bergen until it reaches Trengereid (km 174). After a short descent, the course follows the old road along the border of a fjord until it reaches again the E 16 at Takvam (km 183). In Arna (km 186)the course makes a small loop and continues on the Fv 237. The riders head along this road until they reach the Haukelandsvatnet (km 196), where they right on the Rv 580. The rest is the beginning vice versa. The finish line is in Christies gate.

Total course length: 213 km.
The total ascent is more than 6000 metres. The steepest ascents are 19 % at kilometres 25 and 180.
The steepest descents are at kilometres 27 and 71 (20 %).
Climate: extreme cold/wind/wet
Amount of riders: 8
mintakt: 183 km (last 30)

A course around Umeå (Sweden):

Image

Not much to say about this race. Since there are no difficult climbs and descents it should be clear sprinter finish. In the first round around the town the riders head north until they reach Vindeln. There they turn right in direction of Botsmark, where the course turns right again. After reaching Umeå, the peloton heads further south towards Holmsund. After crossing the bridge over the fjord the riders head back north to Umeå.

Total course length: 178 km
Total ascent: ~1200 m
Steepest ascents: 5 % (km 32, 40, 56 and 71)
Steepest descent: 7 % (km 44)
Climate: extreme cold/wind/wet)
amount of riders: 8
mintakt: 163 km (last 15)

A criterium in Calgary anticlockwise around the Nose Hill Park.

Image

The peloton has to complete 12 rounds around the Nose Hill Parl. For sure, the sprinters are in advantage. But maybe a group can manage to escape and reach the end with a small margin.

Total length of the course: 192 km
Total ascent: ~ 2400 m
maximum slope of ascent: 4 %
maximum slope of descent: 4 %
every third round the three leaders gain king-of-mountain points
climate: continental autumn
riders: 8
mintakt: 177 (last round)

A course from Windhoek to Okahandja in Namibia.

Image

The course doesn't follow the direct way from the capital to Okahandja but makes a western detour. The race is not spectacular regarding mountains and hills but in the end the course follows for six kilometres an unpaved street (therefore I added a few pavées with random numbers). This is the decisive part of the race.

Total length of race: 183 km
Total ascent: ~ 1500 m
climate: desert dry
riders: 8
mintakt: 164 (last 20)

A race in Israel:

Image

The start is in the harbour city of Haifa (height 10 m). The first part of the race goes to the east until the riders reach the Sea of Galillee (height: -200 m), where the course turns to the north and goes straight to the finish on the Mount Hermon (height 2100 m).

total race length: 158 km
total ascent: 3600 m
climate: continental summer
amount of riders: 8
mintakt: 138 (last 21 km)

I've created a small tour, the '4 Days of Estonia'. It's got four almost flat stages through the Baltic country. Only stage three shows some so called hills, but without slopes above 3 %. So there are no mountain points to win. It is a pure sprinter tour.

Total length: 712 km
Average stage length: 178 km
intermediate sprints: 8 (2 on each stage)
time bonifications for stage winners and places 2/3: 20/10/5
amount of riders: 7
mintakt: last 10 km of each stage

Stage 1: From Narva to Rakvere (186 km)
Image
The stage starts in Narva, which is situated in the Northeast of Estonia and goes straight to the west ending in Rakvere.

Stage 2: From Kunda to Tartu (170 km)
Image
The stage starts in Kunda at the coast of the Baltic Sea and goes straight to the south ending in Tartu.

Stage 3: From Tartu to Suur Munamägi (178 km)
Image
The stage starts in Tartu and goes to the highest point of Estonia, the Suur Munamägi (Big Egg Mountain) at ~310 m.a.s.l. in the Southeast of the small country.

Stage 4: From Pärmu to Tallinn (178 km)
Image
After the transfer from the Suur Munamägi to Pärmu in the West, the peloton rides straight to the North and the tour finishes in the capital, Tallinn.

Boring tour ... boring to draw it for you I guess !
It should have been more interesting if you found a steeper road to Suur Munamagi on stage3, with at least 1x6%min for example ... but perhaps this road does not exists in this flat country !

Yeah, it was really boring to draw this sprinter tour. :o But once drawn I decided to upload the profiles.
As you mentioned, there are no steeper roads in the whole area. I consider Estonia as a very boring country for climbers. :D

After a month without drawing I finally managed to draw a low mountain race in the southern part of France.

Image

It starts in the 'banlieue' of Marseille and goes on minor streets through Aubagne, where it turns north to the 'Col de l'Espigoulier' (3 4 5 5 6 6 6 6 6 6 5). After passing the 'Pas de la Couelle' (4 5 7 5 3) the course turns to the East and passes Trets and Brignoles, where it turns to the South-East. After climbing the 'Colle Dure' (3 5 7 6 1 2)) the riders head towards Sainte-Maxime at the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. They follow the coast for the next kilometers, until they reach Fréjus. Here they turn to the North and head through the 'Massif de l'Esterel' (4 4 4 6 5 2). The last and expectedly the decisive climb with ascents up to 10% is the 'Col du Caoupré' (4 5 6 9 10 6 3 2).
