The way I see it you should be at 5, so you should be able to buy one more 20 year old. In theory, don't know how Buhmann programmed it.

Well, Apparently I can't buy a 20 years old this month cause I have too much under 23... Anyway, this rider will only come on my team next season..; And next season, I'll have only 2 under 23 riders in the team!

It is still not possible to buy a 20 year old if I would fulfil the quota in the next month. This favours buying 21 year riders from the normal transfer market. I do not think that was the idea behind this rule.

The easiest solution would be to program the same quota for 21 - 23 and 20 - 22, and check them separately.

anbei ein paar Fragen zu dieser Regel

-3-5-6 (21/22/23): Meaning you can have 3 21 years old, 5 21+22 years old 6 21,22,23 years old in the team at the same time.

-a gehe ich zurecht davon aus das dies der derzeit gültige Stand der Dinge ist?
-b werden 20jährige als 21 jährige gewertet - unabhängig von der Tatsache das sie (im Normalfall) erst im folgenden Monat (wenn sich die Altersstruktur bereits wieder geändert hat) zum Team kommen würden?
-c konkreter Fall: derzeit im Team: 2x 21j, 2x23j ein 20jähriger ist für den nächsten Monat verpflichtet. Kann ich nun einen weiteren Fahrer vom Jugendtransfermarkt verpflichten? (Wüsste ich gerne bevor ich zu diesem Zweck einen Fahrer in Rente schicke) Falls nein; Folgefrage: ist dies beabsichtigt oder ein noch zu korrigierender Bug?
-d da es mich ne Weile gekostet hat diesen Fred zu finden, wäre es nicht angebracht die Regel in Klartext unter RSF Official News zu veröffentlichen?

a) 4-5-6 now I think. Up to 4 21 year olds possible. Could even be 4-6-7, but just don't know. 4-5-6 jetzt denke ich. Könnte sogar 4-6-7 sein, aber weiss es einfach nicht.
b) Theorie: Nein. 20 jährige=20 jährige. Praktisch: ?
c) Should work anyway, regardless of bug. 2x21+2x23+1x20 is 5. Situation 2x21+2x22+2x23, so 6, that is the question. Theory: when buying 20 year olds the 23 year olds are ignored. Practice: Don't know. the bug was there once, is it corrected? Sollte kein Problem sein: 2x21+2x23+1x20 ist 5, darfst 6 haben. Aber könnte noch einen Bug geben, 2x21+2x22+2x23, wären 6, eigentlich sollten dann 2 20 jährige kaufbar sein. War es mal nicht, Bug. Ob jetzt korrigiert oder nicht, keine Ahnung.
d) Wohl schon. Probably yes. But even better, ingame in the tutorial.

I got 1 21y old, 1 22y, 1 23y. Now bidding on 2 21y old. So, hopefully, 3 21y old, 1 22y old, 1 23y old by tomorrow. Should still be allowed to bid on youth riders this month, right?
