strange 20" lost in GK in Besseges 18H

I think there is a problem with the GK classification of my rider Chellis after the stage of Yesterday (Bessèges, 18h) He finished in the peloton (strange sprint, bad, strange, but why not), anyway, he finished with everybody, and he's 40" behind the stage winner when everybody is 20" away ...
If I miss something, tell my what
