Downhill Regeneration
Downhill = regain of energy, ok. But it should be less then the loss of the uphill before. The climb shouldn't be totally wiped out after descending from it. Something of it should always remain in the legs.
Re: Downhill Regeneration
loss on (x%) is always bigger than reg on -(x%), isnt it?

Re: Downhill Regeneration
My experience is that you climb 1000m, you lose enegry, and after you descended the muontain to the same altitude level as before you have 1000 energy again; with helpers, of course. But that shouldn't be possible, even with helpers.
Re: Downhill Regeneration
And of course no possible with making tempo
