If I buy a rider,after the sixth day of each month, My cyclist have only 3 or less training.
I think the riders must have a birthday (21 or more) the day where i buy it.
And,consequently, the next birthday after exactly 1 month!

Right now if you buy a new rider in the middle of the month, it sucks... 1 Missed training ok... But 2 or 3 is too much

Maybe is there any good reason to make riders bought after the 10th weaker than others ? But I don't see it

For sure, missed trainings suck, but nobody is treated to buy a new rider in the middle of the month. So I don't see why we should change something.

It's like that for a reason. You need to be fast and lucky to find a good rider in the first week of the season, else you need to wait for riders that maybe missed a training or two but you are more likely to get them. Apart from that we would have too many world class riders if noone could miss a training.

i don't like because:is not really normal, it's typically from not good onlinegames,and is only fortune, but not good thinking that make the difference.i think that, with training, we have more als enough wheel of fortune in this game.
i want that, the best manager win.

Why don't we just give everyone the same riders with the same starting values? Then the best manager is going to win for sure.

Suggestion:

Why not make the 21 year old cheaper when they miss 1,2,3 trainings

a 56-74 rider is very strong when you buy him before the first training but after that he is not that great anymore
he is than not more worth than 55-73 but he costs the same as a 56-74? thats not really fair I think and by improving that those riders might be bought more than now (english is kacke)

Well i think it's easy.. Don't give a day..Give a train setion

So:

If heis bought before the 1 training he become 22 the 1 of new month
if he is bought after the 1 training he become 22 the 6 of new month
if he is bought after the 2 training he become 22 the 13 of new month
if he is bought after the 3 training he become 22 the 21 of new month
if he is bought after the 4 training it's same before the 1 training.

It's not fun for a begginer buy an 21 Years old the 30/9 and see it become 22 the day after you don't think?

But the beginners are allowed to read the game instructions at the beginning (erm.. i hope that info is given in the instruction at all..).
Furthermore do the beginners have the option of resetting the whole team and start again with 15 Mio.
