What does this mean? Being a member of a group would mean there's other members, but nobody else has been fined for being a member of a group. Or does it just mean that he had many multis?
The guys who got the fines minus QUICK

Seems like he is trying to throw Ol under the bus again or what? There was no evidence for that if it is that sabotage he is talking about. + if it is trumpism then we have to be worried cause that would mean the current FPC has shut an eye or defended a lot of their own friends

I would say with the guidelines around fines (which could be put higher in theory) the FPC has done it pretty decent. I can't really complain about the fines cause of the rules they have. Except one maybe cause the weird accounts that got banned and i think weird to prove wrong doing and innocence and such. But overall the FPC has done what was expected of them and got the information together and used it. I think correctly.

So i would say overall good job FPC (+ Admins)
Perhaps you misunderstood me? It's like Trumpism when someone responsible for fair play, as an executive, breaks the rules themselves. What did they do before this was public knowledge? Did any of them say "sorry"? I couldn't find it. Like Kings ;)
Ah okay if it's hating on Trump i'll join you :D

I am disgusted by some comments here teams making a mockery out of their rulebreaks while they should have been an example for their community in their role as volunteers.

I was really dissapointed in that whole situation but that now is even a step further.

I am nearly equally disgusting by attacks of some people against the (new) volunteers in the FPC who had a really hard start in their rule.

Just to point out we now had teams saying punishments might be to high other think its fine, other think the guidelines should be changed (but are not interested in openening topics about this) and other who think punishments arent enough at all.

All that aside it doesnt excuse personal attacks against volunteers in this game and accusations against them.

Additionally we have some accusation now in this thread that doesnt belong here (unrealistic arrangements comments here) which should get their own thread and shouldnt be part of this discussion.

I am really glad that i announced to the admins, when we started to build the new FPC, that i will stop being a FPC member, after the new members get used to the Fairplayarea, due to my own time issues because with this situation, personal attacks on FPC Members, i feel like i would have stopped anyways.

What I was talking about is that those who made decisions in the FPC and are now "multi" certainly aren't doing the game's credibility any favors. But many see it differently. Maybe we can say, "It's a game like this." But then say so. I mean the teams who got fined. they say nothing and go on tomorrow.

Well I am lazy and don't have time at the moment so I don't read everything my personal feeling here is that too much people in the game take the game too seriously.
Things are to me are quite clear, we have rules they need to be respect. If we have cheaters they have to be punish.
If people cheat again we can punish them again.
If cheaters don't leave the game it is that they love the game but punishments aren't enough dissuasive to stop people to cheat.
We can review guideline inside fpk or with all the community to try not have this issue again.
Just to remember to people like others activities being in fpk take times, the time to review the situation, to find the correct sanction to vote. Never forget that we aren't available all at the same time.
Currently I am in holidays with 2 kids, family came from far, driving hours mostly all so not a lot of time to focus a lot.
I consider that people can do mistake, that they like the game, that all can change his mindset and have a second chance, especially just for a game.
I can be kind and tolerant but I am not stupid and others members of fpk are not stupid too.
If people think they can repeat actions that go against the game like that they are wrong.
Seeing the same people breaking the rule just break my balls as hell.
Surely we need to remember the rule, maybe they need to see it first at every connexion or at least to have it more visible.
But repeat cheating, repeat insulting, repeat harrasment, or every actions going the game or the community and you
won't finish with only less money ingame.

I fully understand you point Hansa. I thought about volunteering for the FPC a few times but always thought it better for my own sanity not to do it. I personally would prefer a harder line against verbal attacks, especially against FPC members, enforcing this and judging how for the community wants this to go is very hard. We are losing nice managers because of the climate we tolerate, but could lose other managers if they think we are going too far. I believe feedback from the community is important for the FPC, I would like to have more of it, but understand that more work for volunteers is not the best idea. The same is true for FP threads that are ignored. I short explanation why it isn't take up would be nice, but I understand the work that would cause as well.

Totally understand it's bad if threads don't get answered in some days or even totally ignored. New fpc took some time to get into work and maybe we could need even some more volunteers (without having talked about that in the fpc, just an Idea). As you said, more work is not always a good idea, but I would still support the idea of some community feedback on fine guidelines!

And please remember: it's holiday time (as Poke said), so we might need a bit more time for everything than we normally need.

Guidelones are okay but the blind use of them is asking for trouble.

Unfortunate cases because I disclosed my pn publicly and it's just such a super mild case. Roby broke it down as well. But you obviously took the guidelines, saw the 250k and slapped it on.

Now the problem is if that is the baseline at 250k, it's wild to have members of the FPC actively use other teams and only get 150k extra. Now you wrote about long discussions, twists and what not. Unfortunately I don't know all the details of their cases and maybe they were extremely mild uses as well.

If not, I'd hope you take the community feedback here in the thread into account and reopen all cases. I think the difference in penalties looks very bad and it's overall a very bad look for the FPC as well. 3 of the FAIRNESS committee run around with multis and the other guys in the committee give them nothing but a slap on the wrist. I don't think intentionally but that's what 400k look to me.

Ok, kisses go out to the members of the FPC who didn't cheat. It's not easy getting all that backlash and some of the comments are easy to be mistaken as personal attacks, don't take them to heart. You kinda fucked up here though, so the criticism take to heart.

Haven't seen it been mentioned here but the FPC members who had a multi are obviously kicked out of the FPC, right?

Also can you disclose which team was connected with which multi? Would probably be interesting to know if you regularly raced against one of the now banned multi teams. Don't see a reason to protect them.

As I've said on general chat, God v Godess and Joga Bonito belonged to me. I try to be as open as possible now, even though my initial reaction was probably wrong and more aggressive. As for me, I have nothing left to hide now, but can also say I never had any bad intention at all with the other teams. I used them when I was bored and kept influence on races as low as possible, which we all know is possible when you have a new team, since you usually get destroyed by better teams on rider skills alone.

I will not deny that I'm guilty. I am. I could argue about having no bad intention for the multi accounts, but I also understand me being a part of FPC makes it undeniably 10 times worse. If I wasn't part of the FPC, I would barely feel guilty at all, cause my racing intentions were clean (just wanting to ride more without interfering in anything important, even actively avoiding interference). However, I was of course part of it, and it makes me very guilty.

About this thread: the whole arrangements accusations and discussion has nothing to do with this case. Can also add that my conscience is clear in that regard.

My take on the fines:
-FPC really did ok as far as categorising the fines goes, the only discussion should be the magnitude of the fines. They also handled the hearings with a neutral, professional approach. They don't deserve these attacks, but I guess that is just the state of the community. No matter which decision the FPC makes, some people will get loud about it being very wrong. Has been like that ever since I joined too. Don't take this to heart.
-I think Quick could have gotten away without a fine. However, if you go based off the guidelines that are in place, 250k is the only correct fine. The guidelines do not say anything about whether the multi accounts have to be racing at the same time or not.
-NML should get the same as Quick or slightly higher, depending on whether the "didn't ride at the same time" argument for Quick is taken into account. I think 250k for NML is the right choice in any case unless the guidelines get a fundamental change.
-Dreizehn getting 400k is what's most weird to me. Why does the only non-multi get a higher fine than actual multis and the same as FPC multis?
-As for me, Tuk and VB, I think the height of fines should be in that order (highest to lowest). Fines could have been higher, bans should not be considered imo. None of us are repeat offenders (it's my first ever fine). Our reputation in the game is already completely gone:
2026-07-26 Wiener Zentralfriedhof RV Tukhtahuaev -2 Multi and protector of Multis in you role as FPC member, GW for green and white
2026-07-26 Flandrien Tukhtahuaev -3 Arrangements with others in race, weak behaviour, multi-account owner
I have recruited over 1000 players to this game, was part of 2 committees, helped the rookies, designed races, was getting into helping towards calendar planning, put countless hours into the game trying to help it improve, not only technically but also community-wise. People think I'm not trustable anymore all of a sudden, even though I have sitted 19 different teams in the past years, including several people who are now vouching against me, most of them more than once. Always tried to be nice and talk it out in case there was a disagreement. Despite all that, I don't feel welcome anymore because of one mistake which, if we're really being honest here, didn't affect anyone personally. Several people attack me and make me look like one of the worst people on earth. People I talked to daily don't talk to me at all anymore. I literally just wanted to ride more races, nothing more and nothing less. I am still the same guy I was before. I am confident that over 98% of the community didn't dislike me before this all happened, now that number seems to be half, at best. I haven't found the energy or motivation to ride again, because I know that as soon as I do people will get right back to attacking me. "You called this on yourself" --> no. I never had bad intentions, end of discussion.

Last but not least, Flandrien had a multi too and was the one to bring it all to the light. He is a pathological liar and I can assure everyone that he is lying about WZRV sending him death threats. Not sure why he didn't get fined for the multi, but it doesn't matter anyway since he left the game, which at least we can all agree on is good.
