So, i hope to get the 10th place in GC behind the 9 Hansas.

Lineup is easy to tell:
111: Smilla Valotto, nothing for GC maybe 1-2 Stages
112: Christoph Ackermann, Team-DJ for the First stages, then Vacation
113: Eva Bennemann, hit some Aces in Escpes
114: Harri Bruns, Sprint Launchen
115: Darya Dolidovich, Top 3 for the TT
116: Asmus Jansson, the son of Jan
117: Leontyi Lebed, he ride like he want
118: Janou Levels, a little bit of support for Smilla
119: Artur Opheim, Viking, Sprinter, so 6-8 Stages for him

Goal as always, try to get 10 or more Stage wins.
But we have some discuss with Momo, so Lineup is not clear now.

I plan to be here as well. Team news follows later, but it can be fried by Hansa or other strong climber teams that know what they are doing.

I will join the evening edition as well.

1. Juan Miranda - Fight for GC Top 5
2. Felix Kamnitz - wants a GC stage win
3. Jason Kane - mountain support and reg guy
4. Woldeyesus Adem - provides a bit of everything and help from above
5. Giancarlo Esposito - see below
6. Daniel Schultz - look for him in escape groups
7. Petio Fusi - main flat rider
8. Ugo Ugochukwu - flat helping will be his main job
9. Matteo Lisa - here to earn some money in the sprints

We also compete with a new jersey.

1 🇳🇿 Allan Wilson: optimistic GC rider; while the long TT suits him, the lack of team and reg will probably cost him
2 🇱🇹 Jonas Mockus: one man support cast for Allan in the high mountains, maybe goes for stage later in the Giro, most experienced rider at 31
3 🇮🇪 John Bernal: classics sprinter, will stay as long as possible with the leaders in the mountains and tries to keep in reg to be able to go for stages that suit him
4 🇫🇮 Juha Heinonen: vulture sprinter, options depend on other sprinters and sprint teams around
5 🇪🇪 Kaljo Pork: man for the future, but the best classic in the team at the present
6 🇮🇳 Yash Pal: young flat power with a bit of climbing
7 🇨🇳 Hsien Wu: Mister ever-present in our team, brings needed flat power
8 🇦🇹 Gottfried Haberler: team baby, maybe he will come again next year as a top flat rider
9 🇸🇪 Knut Lundmark: young flat rider, will be better at the end of the Giro

Even if expectations are not super high, Allan is a rider who can fight for GC. So all other abitions will depend on the opponents and the position in GC. It is not the super-focused team I originally planned for the Giro, so a strong climber team or climber cooperation can put him out of contention. With John and Juha, there are potential stage hunters in it, who may or may not be sacrificed for a bigger goal.

possibly starting here for the sprints and hopefully a little bit of fun on the other stages

possible lineup
x1 Keni Lisati - leader for the sprints
x2 Alwi Farhan - young sprinter to get some experience
x3 Donnians Oliveira - kinda sprint launcher
x4 Maryna Kovtunova - flat blocker and possibly looking for a good pave result
x5 Frida Thorstvedt - flat blocker
x6 Sholeh Aidil - escape artist
x7 Stijn VanDenBerg - escape artist
x8 Aria Dinata - escape artist
x9Dominik Kwinta - young flattie to be taught flat blocking

Probably won't make you happy, but I would leave Kragh home. He's 23, 75 mountain, that's not a lot for a 23 year old. He also has 66 TT, which is excellent. The problem is: Young riders jersey till 24, so most likely there will be at least 1, actually more likely a few guys with much more mountain that will drop him on every mountain top arrival. And then you can try to carry him up with Giraud, but even if Kragh trains to 76 on the 12th, 83 will very likely be too strong a bit difficult to carry him up. 2 mountain arrivals there. 77 on the 20st, 83 carrying 77 still not easy, but can work, but needs experience. To make it short, don't think Kragh has a chance to win the youth jersey (but check other teams for climbers up to 24, if there's one with 83+ I think he will beat you, win back the minutes you gain in the TT) And Kragh costs 65k. Keep him for later, he needs to train mountain a bit more, then if he manages to get to 80 or close, then with Giraud as puller he can be quite dangerous. Like this he's not ready. Also don't train him downhill! Mountain all mountain this month, if you want to train something else, then make it TT, but I would just go all in for mountain. Wait for the Dauphiné (but no TT, just a TTT) or the Tour (to bring Kragh, here with the right team he could do well, but you don't have that) Also sacrificing Giraud for him at this stage seems not very favorable, then you lose positions with him too. He should stay in GC, won't be a very high placement, but a decent one. Points and money.

Second to drop for me would be Dumont. 82 flat is nice, but the combination 46 mountain and 36 reg will make it hard for him. Regeneration problems very easily, you can't do anything with him. And in the mountain stages he risks being very very very far back, risks losing the timecut on hard stages.

The 2 Chemnitz said are no stars, but with their regeneration they can attack regularly, since you have no sprinter, that's what you should try to do I think. Leaders are Giraud for mountains/GC, Simonsen for classic stages (but risks being always just a bit too weak for the first group) and as help for Giraud, Vano and Luyten for escapes, slighly hillier stages, or hilly stages if the peloton doesn't react... sometimes good chances for an early escape to go through there. GC guys just want to control, while having stage chances too, other stage favorites don't want to ride too much etc. The other 5 can attack, be pullers, or single attack. Dumont would just sit in the peloton all day the 2 Chemnitz mentioned are slightly more expensive but can be much more active and useful.

Way too long.. sorry

Too long, but I still add something... future riders, not all with 50 reg would be good too. Dumont 46 mountain 36 reg is not good for stage race, but for one day races yes. And a 50-82 with 36 reg would already be kind of ok. Low reg keeps you cheaper, can help a lot to earn money, pay less salary. So not all 50+ reg, some with 3x, some around 45!
Kraftsystemrevision! Include the distance!
Basics reform: Give blue a chance!
Don't punish bugusers. We all have to use bugs, since most of them are declared as "features"!
Got a carrot from FL. But they threaten to take it away now.

#1 Salomón Hoyos
#2 Sydney Hunter
#3 Guiomar Gutierrez
#4 Jonathan Romero
#5 Carolina Navarro
#6 Pia León or Gonzalo Conde
#7 Natalia Baquerizo
#8 Yulimar Rojas
#9 Julio Mayora or Teresa Izquierdo or Virgilio Martínez

Still need to decide the last few spots but should be something like this, the goal is to fight for GC with Hoyos and win some stages with the classics, let's see if we decide to go Ultra expensive and even consider taking Pia + Gonzalo

I will start here too with the following Lineup

1 - Nicolas Haas - Only 81 mountain but with his reg and tt he will go for white
2 - Michael Hanfmann - with 84 mountain he will the first helper and second shot for white and maybe a stage
3 - Jan Altmaier - Our most valuable classic with high reg and some dh
4 - Dominik Struff - Another pretty useful classic just weaker then Altmaier in reg and dh
5 - Daniel Koepfer - Our "lung" when high tempo is needed anywhere
6 - Florian Kohlschreiber - He will most likely be a battery that keeps himself prepared for short blocking actions for uwe
7 - Boris Jehlen - The first one to ride hard on the hills
8 - Gelabert Dupont - Our second high reg flatrider with some hillskill
9 - Uwe Bachinger - Wants a sprintwin!

And here comes the jersey!
