Almirall keeps mountain!
Koopman does his job and downtrains everything
Bucquoy -4, keeps flat.
Fortuny -2, flat gone
Roy -2 fortunately TT, who cars, and downhill, nothing exceptional anyway.

+
Onkelinx, motivated by his TdF selection, now 56-84
Gallego takes his 100% mountain, now 98%
And Vigni his 9x% flat, now will be 100%. Can try for that mountain later...

Not perfect, but with Uru, Lachance not downtraining ok.
Kebede and Winzenried, with 39-38% would have been nice, next time then.
Not ecstatic about this training

Not happy, Marek is nice, Humberto is taking his first chance to miss, is bad. Having taken none of the low percentages for some trainings in a row means riders are going from good to average or from average to bad.

Downtraining looking good, but uptraining just doesn't get better.
Old classics keep their important skill, so happy with that. Other downtrainings don't really matter.
Uptraining is depressing. None of the young guys taking a double training, no one taking anything below 70%, just the bare minimum to not make it a disaster

Tour de France time trial is over, so no need for the Fürst to give a shit about that skill anymore. Alex on the other hand, still giving a shit and trains flat of all skills. Also Lautaro trains flat, as well as Karl and Zenobio. Training flat rate at Team FL? Not really, as Manfred crashes the flat party with training only mountain. Good enough too.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Almirall and Koopman both -5, 39+38 years old. Koopman excellent, he'll beat not only the minimum points reached in the team, also will be number 1 in cheapest Donkey-sale ever I guess. Ok, no need to guess, he would be the cheapest already.
Bucquoy -4, keeps sprint, but he's already more of a flat sprinter with some mountain now, 58-59 and 77 sprint. Yes, still hill sprinter, but one of those that gets left behind more often than not. At 37 more than ok though
Uru loses only sprint, excellent,
Taiaroa sprint and downhill
Roy mountain, now 65-84

Good oldies training, no Lachance, excellent.

+
Lanfredini up, 63-85 now, very nice.
Onkelinx is found his groove back, now 57-84, won't be a 62-85, but with 2 trainings at 26 already, 60 mountain looks possible again.Losing TT doesn't matter
Kebede mountain, 61-69-78 now, good, Sanremo is waiting!
Winzenried, now 46-85 with 84.1 pavé and 63 sprint 70 TT too, which we will start covering at 25 or 26. Roubaix is waiting.
Gallego mountain, 65-79
Vigni flat, 49-79 now.

So good training by the youngsters, Kebede-Winzenried!

Koopman keeps flat, -4
Bucquoy excellent, only TT lost
Uru triple, but keeps mountain, Tour would have been ok I guess.
Taiaroa losing TT is no problem either.

+
Ganambarr downhill, now covering it, lost 3, gained 2 back. Why not
Lanfredini loses TT, fine.
Lüthi climbing, now 73-76, very nice
Gallego the 90% mountain
Vigni the 100% flat

Thanks to Lüthi a good training.

Again, I'm not happy, even if it's better than the last time. Marek, of course, is nice, Jonas missing mountain at 90 % is not. Well, it is not so unlikely that it happens once at 21, so I have to live with it. He will pursue a high-risk, high-reward training strategy, so there are many important trainings left for him. I am more worried about not getting any of those many low training percentages I have had for a while. I have four riders between 13 and 21 % and a few below 10. At least somebody should train this month.

Redrocks hits the 21%, now 85MO. Jensen hits third consecutive ~70%, now 70-76-76-60-62. Sartore double is expected, Callard flat as well. Seems like Kerken remembered how to train, second consecutive hit.

Happy with this one. Very little downtraining and uptraining about expected, which is a big improvement.
Piskun and Baltabekov both reaching 70 mountain is very nice. Important, because both are my best classic options for the fall.
Mengisteab, Karatay and Nebyla all just train their main focus and don't take the lucky 2nd training. Not ideal, especially Karatay who didn't train flat at all this month, but I can live with it. Nembhard and Taiwia as expected.

Almirall in his last training -5
Koopman -2, bad, why does he sabotage his record attempt now? -5 better, and definitely needed to lose mountain with -81%! Missed -81% twice here, and -65%, talk about bad luck...
Bucquoy double, TT and downhill, at 37 still 77 sprint, good, outstanding even
Uru loses only sprint, nice too
Taiaroa sprint
Lachance flat, ok, today might be his last race, so doesn't really matter.

So oldies very good, except Koopman, where for once I would have hoped for more downtraining... but in a classical sense of course he was incredibly good. Just that that's not what we hoped, now I get 152'447 if I sell him, which beats my record for cheapest sale, Cheyk Faye, but we want to beat that by as much as possible of course. But ok, downtrained a lot in the first 3 trainings, so still good in that sense

+
Kebede mountain, 62-69 with 78 sprint now, good
Winzenried flat, 86 with 84.8 pavé now
Gallego mountain, still hoped for another flat, so little risk, but he took the mountain, ok. 67-79
Vigni flat, now 81

22-25 trained, which is good enough, especially Kebede and Winzenried important.

Crying again. Missing 90 % with Jonas, again, and only one flat training for Humberto the whole month. Adding a stupid mistake when I changed flat protection to downhill protection for Marek by mistake. He, of course, took the downtraining. Nothing for Loup, Myron, Adriaan, and Thorvald the whole month at 25, 26, 26, and 27. Okay, they had some downtraining. Marek would have been the positive exception if I had not done the stupid training setting. He trained climbing 3 times at 25, bringing him from slightly below average to good training. Now he just has to become the exception and continue to train.

Overall, the two young guys are now below expectations. Jonos is about one down on the final skill, but has many risky trainings before him where he could get a star. Humberto needs a lot of luck not to become a pave monster. So maybe we will be badly prepared for the pave classics in spring again. Thorvald and Adriaan went from potential superstars to potential average classics. Myron is now way below expectations. Even if he can do the job for Sophus I must rethink his role in the team after the current sprinters ritire.

Uptraining pretty much as expected with no surprises. Taking every training above 80%, but nothing else. Really would have liked one of my youngish classics to train, but it's ok like this

Short, but then after missing out on a new rider for July I now have a small team...

Koopman takes all, as he should
Ceriel with an amazing -2 at 38, leaves out 3 -78%.
Uru double at 36, now 75-73, his sprint was bad to begin with, so doesn't matter too much.
Taiaroa at 35 double, keeps flat, so ok.
Roy at 35 no downtraining, excellent.
Lachance at 34 loses his 2 best skills, not ideal, but since he probably has ridden his last race... doesn't matter.

So oldies=very good
+
Gallego at 24 takes his 7x% and trains mountain, excellent
Ikanderov double, 96-100 it was, now probably the usual change to no risk training and 100% mountain.

So short, Vigni 23 nothing, 25+ nothing, but since Gallego is in his critical month and took the first training, plus the fantastic oldies, we're still quite happy with this.
Kraftsystemrevision! Include the distance!
Basics reform: Give blue a chance!
Don't punish bugusers. We all have to use bugs, since most of them are declared as "features"!
Got a carrot from FL. But they threaten to take it away now.

I am so glad July is over. In general, it is a very good training, especially with the decreased expectations after July. Allan starts with two, Humberto makes up for lost ground, and Adriaan gets to 74. Jonas is still behind expectations, but you cannot have everything. Downtraining, Sophus never liked training flat, and of course, takes the first option for downtraining, very in character. On the plus side, Lauri is still at 91 flat.

Brilliant training! Besides going for some risks, all youth rookies took a double training. Kamnitz going to 70 mountain is great, Feldmann improving his pavé as well.

Koopman 5, Bucquoy this time as well. 38+39, ok, normal
Roy double, losing flat not ideal of course. 65-83, the closer now is Lanfredini
Lachance downhill, irrelevant.
Nothing for Uru at 36, Taiaraoa at 35 is nice.

+
Gallego takes the second critical one too, now 69-79
Vigni flat, now 49-82
Iskanderov the mountain risk double, 75-58, no more risk, 100%-62% next time.

Good oldies, and Gallego again makes it, so I can't complain about Kebede, Winzenried not training, even if of course I'd like them too. But % around 20%, so... Gallego up makes the training good.

Another very long one. Also not really happy, but have seen worse.
Kask -5 doesn't matter, Voloshyn -3 also ok, keeping flat at least. Arlooktoo keeping mountain and flat is nice, but still too old for Vuelta, so not that helpful in the end. Kholdorkhonov losing mountain is very bad, as he is supposed to start the Vuelta. Toktybay, Baranok and Piskun downtraining don't matter too much. Piskun a bit unfortunate for the Vuelta TTT, but also getting cheaper.
On the plus side there is Baranok training to 88. Has been a while since I got a good flat rider. Piskun to 71 mountain also very nice, but would have like Baltabekov to train too. Mengisteab already at 60-80 with 24. Can't complain there. A few annoying missed trainings too. Palamarchuk missing a risky 80% sprint training not good, Nebyla missing 86% flat also not good at all. Overall slightly below average, but not horrible

Not so dissimilar to last time. Allan, good again, Jonos is training flat but not climbing. Humberto wants to make up for lost ground, and one lucky training. This time it is Loup downhill. Not as good as a classic taking climbing or Loup taking flat, but I take it. Downtraining, Lauri is still at 91 flat, brilliant. Shankar gets the whole set, but well, he is 38 now.

Koopman -5, normal, Bucquoy -4 too, keeps mountain, ok. But after not riding Hamburg and then failing the next day his days as leader are most likely over.
Uru with a triple at 36, keeps mountain, still 75, wants the Vuelta?
Taiaroa -1, TT, no problem
Roy flat, down to 82 there now, Kebede's man is clearly Lanfredini.

+
Winzenried, now 87 flat with 85.5 pavé. Excellent!
Gallego mountain, now 70-79, excellent
Iskanderov double, 76-59 now, excellent.

Plus training not many, but high quality, so once again I'm happy with it. Of course would like some Kebede, Onkelinx etc. but these 3 here make it already a very good training.
