and some comments about Vuelta 2025:

- Please feel free to open a thread here
- 4 editions because numbers are looking good during TDF (kind of expected) but not much better than last year
- Last year Giro: 52 teams / TDF: 53 teams / Vuelta: 43 teams and this year Giro: 59 teams / TDF: 50 teams / Vuelta: ? teams
- Vuelta times tbd of course.

With the packed real calendar in August, I have some suggestions again. Of course, we cannot ride everything, but I will argue for three more Tours. Burgos has very good participation and can be ridden parallel to Pologne, which is World Tour but does not have a very high status. Limousin-Perigord fits nicely for the teams riding the Vuelta and Poitou-Charentes en Nouvelle-Aquitaine for those who do not. Both are not so important but have no side programs competing with them.

For one-day races, I think the cat 1.2 races should be just category 1 (Slag om Norg and Grote Prijs Stad Halle). Druivenkoers Overijse is still in the UCI calendar but will not be ridden, so ignore it in the overview.

Volta a Portugal from the 6th to the 17th may be requested by the Portuguese teams (Personally I probably won't ride it but the other might eventually request it), it's a long tour but could it be possible to fit one edition on the side calendar? (Most of them play on the same time slot, I think only Wolfpack is the exception)

Normally cat 1.2 races are category 1, but these two races have a history as 1.1 races and therefore a history as cat.2 races in-game.

Regarding additional tours, I let others comment first, and perhaps also see how participation evolves over next few days during TDF.

Starting a discussion was my intention, so more opinions would help. Burgos is more about race importance und would mean less Pologne editions. The small tours would of course affect one day races (but not other tours). I would prefer them as they are real races and more fun.

Participation on days with parallel tours looked really good.

I look forward to every tour and think the Radunion idea is very good.

At the times of the Vuelta, I would very much prefer a 12 o'clock version :)
8h is a bit early for the weekends and 14h is probably too late.

12h sounds nice, but I really like 8h too.

I am trying to developing the (Postnord) tour of Danmark.
But it is stuck in my profile editor:

Its not visible in Race Editor.
I tried everything i could: deleted races, Reviev and Design are the status of them.
I give up: it looks like a bug, or what am i doing wrong?

Hi Hoefs,
each profile has a 'Profile Code' and you can use that in the race editor.
For example, you go to
> Race Editor
> Tour of Denmark (Planned for 2025-08-12)
> Click on the little green pencil symbol
> Scroll down to 'Stages'
> Click on the little green pencil symbol (for each stage)
> Then you find the field 'Profile Code' and you can enter the one from your designed profile (e.g. e1postnorddanmark)
> Save

Let me know if it works.

And I would help to design Vuelta, if we have a 08.00 or 09.00 edition.

p.s.:
@Gipfelstürmer:
Both of the guys you based the calendar time on for the Austrian tour weren't riding at 2:00 p.m. So please check what the designer entered as the time in the editor or in the forum.
