,
Actually a good training, 2 of the 3 guys with 3x% climb trained it (Most, Roos), no high percentage miss and Firiam training sprint, Just Sommerfeld losing flat already is bad, his training performance overall is pretty bad

Chassot -4, he's only 36, but at least he keeps sprint
Stringfellow loses sprint, ok in his case.
Novelli at 35 loses TT
Almirall at 34 sprint
Fortuny TT now down at 50, not an oldie yet though, still 31

+
Ganambarr mountain, 56-80 now, main training is still flat, mountain is welcome too though.
Lanfredini mountain, 57-84 good
Toulet sprint 72 now
Lüthi double, very nice, 62-76 now, starting at 71, flat now +5, perfect, didn't attempt in the first training, so overall a pretty good save. 76 is not good either of course, but starting at 71 can't expect 80.
Onkelinkx double too, normal for him 52-72 now.

Thanks to Lanfredini, Ganambarr and the Lüthi double a good training.

Makhamadzhonov training again, so already a good training. Downtraining also ok, only Skorko and Rakhimzhanov losing relevant skills.
Uptraining mostly horrible. Whole pavé team trains like crap this year, so not optimistic about spring, but Makhamadzhonov training makes up for all of it

Very good training. In relation to my usual trainings I can call it outstanding too.

Forrest trains again since ages. Well done. Not 60-88 with 85,9pavé. I wont ask for more...

Connor, Edward and Luke just doing 100% stuff.

Owen with 4X% flat training, now 50 - 83 - 77 with 24 years. 79,1pavé is a decent helper already.

With Forrest training again this month is already a good one. Everything else will be a nice bonus...

Can't really complain about this.
Downtraining looks decent with Skorko not even losing flat or mountain.
A lot of flat uptraining is pretty much what I wanted for most of my team. Kholdorkhonov the only one I where would have prefered mountain, but flat also not bad. Especially Mendiburu and Isajevs really needed a flat training for spring. Not covering sprint for Mendiburu was punished, but worth it with his flat training

Chassot this time only -1, mountain, doesn't matter
Stringfello double, doesn't matter either
Novelli, asshole, who cares anyway. 71-74, yeah, whatever
Almirall down to 64-80, but ok, with Roy and Lanfredini his flat isn't that decisive anymore. Sprint 54. but he doesn't get to sprint for wins that often.. still -2 at 34 is not ideal.

+
Ganambarr second time in a row mountain, just covered, 8% now. We'd prefer the flat, that's what he needs for Roubaix. Ok, for RVV mountain doesn't hurt, but flat would be equally helpful there...Lost downhill, not covered, that risk is ok.
Lanfredini outstanding 58-84 now at 24 is very good. Despite the tight schedule he looks like he could be ready for Sanremo, which wasn't really expected. (Hoped of course)
Toulet sprint now 73 sprint, only 90% now, will take the risk and hope for another mountain.
Lüthi 63-76, normal, well, wasn't 100%, now yes, only 32% flat
Onkelinx double, normal

Ganambarr and Lanfredini make it a good training.

Kind of OK training, the youngsters all pretty good, double for Hochreiter, double for Hopfield is great (10% sprint). No up training for any rider >23 years is an issue

Weird training, but I won't complain. Skorko with the full downtraining experience, but other 33+ riders not downtraining at all. I like that.
Arlooktoo going up to 75 mountain also very nice. Then another batch of downtraining for Ishiwata and Sapielak. A combined of 3 downtrainings for both is a bit unfortunate, but not important enough to cover those skills.
Mendiburu training sprint not ideal, but better than nothing. Baranok another flat also nice, only missed 1 so far, so looking good to finally have a really good flatrider again. Poggiolini and Rakhmonaliev the expected.
Overall quite happy with this again. This has been a good training month

After a long absence, Team FL is back in the training report:
2025-02-27 Yossi Youshimatz Climbing +1
2025-02-27 Karl Knöppel Flat +1
2025-02-27 Fürchtegott Fürst Flat +1
2025-02-27 Fürchtegott Fürst Climbing +1

2025-02-27 Lautaro Lucifero Climbing +1
2025-02-27 Santiago Souberbielle Flat +1
2025-02-27 Santiago Souberbielle Climbing +1
This looks pretty nice. Thierry with no downtraining for the first time since he's 34, Karl wants to become a decent flat rider eventually and the Fürst continues with his princely training! 8 out of 8 double trainings. We like. Lautaro and Santiago as expected with 21. Unfortunately, the nice development in the sprint department has come to a halt. As Alex already looks like a pretty polished sprinter, it's not that bad, but Quincy and Calcedonio are expected to step up until the Giro. They lack of training has already cost the team several possible wins this month (or it's just the fact that tactical genius Hugo Marxer isn't around anymore...).
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

2025-02-27 Tuur Onkelinx Flat +1
2025-02-27 Tuur Onkelinx Climbing +1
Chassot double, sprint there, brr, now 85 left
Stringfellow only downhill, that's ok.
Novelli with a triple at 35... have I mentioned the italian champion is an asshole?

+
Taiaroa +1 at 29, now 83 flat. Which actually for him is good enough, regman, not fast rider
Lachance at 28 mountain, now 86! That makes it a good training
Lanfredini another mountain, now 59-84 at 24, very nice
Toulet the sprint, still risk, but didn't want the mountain. 47-75 with 74 sprint now
Lüthi took the 100%, didn't want the 32% flat, 64-76 at 23 is nice enough, flat finally ok considering he missed the first training due to Donkey-stupidity
Onkelinx the expected double, 100% 54-74 now, focus on flat first now.

Lachance+Lanfredini=good training
Kraftsystemrevision! Include the distance!
Basics reform: Give blue a chance!

Hochreiter, 21: +4/+4 perfect start, 77-58
Schetelig, 22: +4 flat, fully concentrated on flat so not a real surprise, 50-80
Hopfield: 23: +4 flat, +1 sprint, really good training having a little risk on flat to gain another sprint point, 50-70 84sp
Banane: 25, +1 mnt at ~37% is below average training, 71-80 with 80.6 pave
Most: 25, +1 mnt at ~31% is a bit below average trraining, 71-81 with 66sp
Roos: 26, -2 TT, no mountain training at 30% is really bad, still 57-86 for the planned Fanta helper :(
Weinzierl: 27 no training since 20.12
Fanta: 27, just -2 TT :(
Firiam did train another sprint and won his first sprint stage (ok was a +4 but still)

A lot of downtraining, not a lot of uptraining. Downtraining mostly doesn't matter, but unfortunately age finally starting to catch up with Tarabesh, who loses his first mountain point.
Uptraining far from ideal. Toktybay and Hwang taking the covered mountain and flat is not bad, but doesn't really help a lot either. No other surprise training either, so not really good and Rakhmonaliev missing flat definitely bad. On the plus side there is Poggiolini though, who keeps his perfect record for now and keeps training his climbing. Overall definitely not a good training, but still ok

It's official, Thierry gets old. And The Fürst has decided to become the teams first 80-70 rider (more like 79-68 or something like that, but who knows...). Lautaro with the important double training at 22 and Santiago takes 90+ flat too. So nothing surprising, but solid.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

A very long list this time. A lot of downtraining, but luckily most of it for the right riders and the right skills. Nothing that really hurts.
Also quite happy with uptraining. Toktybay taking mountain is nice, Baranok to 86 flat gives me hope to finally have a 88+ flatrider again. Would be very nice to get at least one more before PR next month.
Poggiolini keeps his perfect record and is looking very good so far, while Rakhmonaliev and Piskun both take their not quite 100% trainings. Overall quite happy, especially with Poggiolini.

Banane up is good, but Naschie not taking 70% climb is bad. Not muc better than last training

Very nice training. Not optimal, but very nice. Despite his downtraining, the decision to keep Thierry for March looks like a good one. He's still very much usable, we just haven't figured out how to win a race solo with him, now that he only has 39 sprint left. Kind Joffrey wants to get cheaper in salary, we like that too and Yossi might become a formidable 60-80 rider after he missed to become a decent flat rider. But now, the princely real gem of the training: Fürchtegott Fürst became the first rider in Team FL history with 80 climbing and at least 65 flat. We hope that he keeps this training spirit. Meanwhile, Lautaro and Santiago keep South America proud.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.
