Re: Team ECS Cycling
Early review of September and November
Nothing much in terms of results (barring results in the last race of my season on friday), no top 10 finishes other than Gree
Transfers
Leaving Riders
Ondra Horsky: After two seasons with the team, and some disagreements about team leadership, he decided to leave.
Louis Blanshet: After two seasons with the team, and some disagreements with ownership, he also left.
New Riders
Liam Murphy: 20yr old Irish sprinter, high hopes for results with him
Søren Johansen: 24yr old Danish Classic, high hopes for training to become better than martin.
Preview
Will go for GC at Indian Ocean Paradise tour, and Mithragen tour, while riding some one day races in between.

Re: Team ECS Cycling
Today, Michael Harwood got 1K points with a 3rd place at the Vuelta a Manizales, the first rider on the team to do it, nobody else is close, Martin is next with around 200 points.

January
In January, the team's best result was a third place in the Vuelta a Manizales. The team also had it's best GC result with a fifth place in the AlUla Tour.
Riders Leaving
Søren Johansen: I decided that Johansen wasn't worth it, so I sold him.
Riders Entering
Marco Fermi: Italian climber and Stage Racer with good TT, will eventually become leader of the team.
Goals for February
GC at Valencia, UAE, and O Gran Camino, First sage win/palmares entry.
