Very good with one exception. Downtraining of course hurts a bit, but none of it unexpected and for Ishiwata actually good to lose TT.
Becze probably motivated by winning two races this month and trains to 73 mountain. Very nice. Ishiwata double mountain and flat even nicer.
Hwang to 89 sprint also great, probably enough to focus on his other skills from now. Mendiburu with a risky training hoping for a double, only got mountain in the end, but that's totally fine. Isajevs also risky training, but taking flat and Baranok with the double.
Only disappointment is Makhamadzhonov missing mountain again. Only 2/4 at 23 far from ideal, but still enough time to make up for it later

Kundera as expected, Künzel with the early second flat downtraining. Diatta nice, would have preferred mountain of course. Wolf the same.

Not good at all. Downtraining as expected, just unfortunate that Otakulov loses his 3rd flat point already on his 5th opportunity to do so.
Uptraining with exactly one positive. Arlooktoo going to 74 mountain after 3 months of only downtraining. That makes up for about half of the missed trainings by my young riders.
Uptraining otherwise the expected trainings for Poggiolini and Baranok and also a nice sprint for Sapielak. But none of Isajevs, Mendiburu, Makhamadzhonov or Hwang training is very bad.

Arg
When you forget to change training....
-your 21 yearsold classic doesn't train flat
-your 22 years old flat sprinter trains nothing
-your 25 years old climber downtrains flat.

Hopfield (92% flat, 49% sprint) trains just flat
Most and Banane both take 73+% mountain
Roos trains flat when I wanted him to focus on mountain now (50%, 3%)
Fanta with a good mountain training at ~25%
Weinzierl missing, mostly disappointing training so far
No Firiam, no Obst ok
Frucht training flat at 32, very nice 85 flat and 83.2 pave now, a bit old for the season start, but lets see
Downtrainings somehow expected, Rella losing flat already at 33 is very bad, Ferenc keeping flat for his last win today
Kalman still looks very usable (and expensive) with 38

2025-01-12 Noah Lüthi Climbing +1
Lorenzini 5, Longbottom 4 down. At 39+38 that's ok
Woldemariam of course flat. He really really seems to dislike that. 10 of 14 downhill trainings taken now. Kept the rest, which is good.
Chassot and Stringfellow at 35 -3 and -2, Chassot keeps sprint, good.
Novelli -1, TT at 34, like it.

+
Dixon mountain, now 85, good!
Lanfredini continues to do well, 55-82 now, but actually the plan might not make sense anymore, high flat, mountain later, all for Buqcuoy in Sanremo. We now have Roy for that, and nothing to work for after Bucquoy, so mountain immediately might make more sense for Lanfredini? But we'll leave it like it is for the next training
Toulet takes the 93% sprint, 68 now. Hope for a double next time. Tried a triple this time around, didn't work.
Lüthi the 100% double,

Thanks to Dixon a good training. Ganambarr stuck at 78 flat and 77.7 pavé on the other hand is less convincing.

This one was extremely good. Not a lot of downtraining compared to last time. None of the important riders losing any relevant skills.
Uptraining starts with another nice surprise from Becze. Never expected him to reach 74-79. Ishiwata taking mountain is nice. Obviously would prefer flar, but mountain at least helps for Belgian classics.
Makhamadzhonov training mountain again is very nice. Still on course to reach 85 this month. Isajevs and Baranok with their expected flat trainings and Poggiolini again double even without risking anything on mountain. Overall very happy. Definitely makes up for a disappointing training last week

Not a good training.

The downs: Oppenheimer losing climbing and flat, Krausz losing climbing, many more uncovered downs that don't matter too much but also no unexpected up for covered values

The ups: The high percentage mostly taken (Hopfield, Schetelig, Most), Banane missed mountain, Hopfield no double, Weinzierl the training loser.

Mostly good, but not perfect.
A lot less downtraining than expected. Bakayev and Otakulov apparently don't want to retire yet. Only Arlooktoo losing sprint is a bit unfortunate.
Uptraining not quite as good, but still with a few positives. Sapielak motivated by his 2 wins last week trains sprint. Makhamadzhonov also with a very important mountain training to reach 85 already. Other trainings about as expected. Only Mendiburu not training again is a bit disappointment. Other trainings more than enough to compensate for that though

Lorenzini -4, in his possibly last training he keeps sprint
Longbottom -4, keeps mountain, still ok as a loader
Woldemariam -3, including flat of course, now 11/15 downtrainings there, 9 in a row too.
Chassot -2, keeps sprint and flat, good.
Almiral -2, keeps the important things, but -2 at 33 is a bit much

+
Roy: his third training since he joined the team, now 66-85, he joined at 64-84, the guy is a hero!
Ganambarr flat, now 79, 78.4 pavé, good, but not enough yet,
Lanfredini:83 flat now, good, unlike Ganambarr he's fully on schedule, even if it's not even really necessary anymore, with Camille Roy there
Toulet double, nice, 75 flat, 69 sprint, Change to mountain sprint? Yep
Lüthi double, 59-73, should be 74 flat, damn first training, argh.

Good training, of course Dixon/Lachance there would be nice as well, but if the rest trains like this, ok ok, I'll take it.

good one, after selling nearly all oldstars, just Kalman left with a lot of downtrainings.
The 2 young classics both training mountain is nice, Banane now 69-80, Most now 68-81. Both were not planned as classics initially. Fanta also reaching 62 mountain, I guess I wanted him to reach something like 65, which seems unrealistic now. Firiam training sprint now that he covers all values, nice +

Definitely not complaining about this. A lot of downtraining, but everyone keeping their most important skills.
Toktybay and Sapielak the nice surprise trainings. Both already surpassing their initial targets now.
Makhamadzhonov training again just great. 86 at 24 is a lot better than expected. Mendiburu finally training again also nice. Not quite where I hoped he would be, but should still be a contender in spring.
Isajevs, Baranok and Poggiolini also not missing out on anything. Usually should have been at least one missed training out of those

Lorenzini still here, with a convincing -5 this time.
Longbottom at 38 only -3 is good.
Woldermariam keeps flat, a miracle. Losing mountain is worse... downhill doesn't matter.
Chassot -3 at 35, including sprint
Stringfellow -3 as well, but keeps flat

+
Taiaroa not plus, but TT down, which is good
Dixon up. Downhill... bah, but ok, better than nothing
Ganambarr flat, now 80 and 79.1, goal should be 82 and 80.5, but needs mountain too.
Lanfredini flat, 84 now, very very nice
Toulet double, no more flat, but mountain, goal really 50, we'll be ok with 48-49 I guess
Lüthi double, both almost 100%, so good, too bad he missed the first flat, bad training advice by the boss

Ganambarr, Lanfredini, so all is good!
Kraftsystemrevision! Include the distance!
Basics reform: Give blue a chance!
Don't punish bugusers. We all have to use bugs, since most of them are declared as "features"!
Got a carrot from FL. But they threaten to take it away now.

Schetelig (21) bought after the first training session with +3 flat +2 mountain nearly (expectable at 7x-100%)
Hopfield (22) +4 flat +2sprint overperforming, the risk not to go 100% flat was worth it, now the focus will switch on flat but the 83 sprint are nice
Banane (24) +3 climbing, now 70-80, a bit overperforming, 80 pave could make him a nice leader for some spring classics but the 43 sprint don't help him a lot
Most (24) +3 climbing, same as Banane, 68-81 with 66 sprint now, hope him to train at least towards 70
Roos (25) +1 climbing +1 flat, he has ~50% on climbing so not really what we hoped for but the flat is a nice extra, 56-86
Weinzierl (26), nothing, a bit our Sorgenkind regarding training 59-81-79 is still a usefull guy but hoped for more climbing
Fanta (26), +1 climbing is an average training month 62-70-66-50-78 is nice but without really a focus on him from the team captain hard to get success, maybe he just wins MSR

Rest is too old to worry about training and too young to worry about training

Not really a good training, a lot of downtraining, but mostly not important. Uptraining mostly bad, no one older than 25 training at all. But Makhamadzhonov makes up for everything with his mountain training.
