Unnamed riders auction bug

As posted before, we have a major bug, unnamed riders in regular auctions (not youth riders) go down to 90% instead of 95%. It should be 95%. No change was ever announced, youth market, regular market, unnamed riders should go down to 95%, not 90%

That is nothing new and since I came back at the and of 2023 its like this at least

And it's still a bug.

I would really like to see this issue (and other long lasting ones) solved, before we start to add other features again, like the World Cup, etc. This has real implications on the gameplay and should not be a big deal (I guess).
