I do want to back up Essor. it is only his 12th race and most of them are at Vietnam. He probably doesnt know or doesnt really understand the rule. So i don't think he should get a fine or even a warning. He should probably have someone explain him the rule and that's it

I wouldnt have made a fairplay case. He is a rookie und the attack had no influence. Was for p20 or something like that.

Only thing is, that he showed no reaction to the chat and continued with all 3 riders. But he didnt respond to any chat the whole tour…

Unfortunately for some managers it's easier to open a fpc against a newcomer than to try to explain him in the race chat what he did wrong, so he can learn.
Unfortunately these remains always the same ones and the first ones to complain that newcomers aren't attracted by the game...

He needs to understand, that what he did is a violation of the fairplay rules. Until now he didn't react.

A report is necessarry of course. There is absolutely no reason to blame Schappy for anything here. He was the only one in the chat pointing out the violation to Essor. Maybe it would have helped if some other managers supported the claim of Schappy in the race chat.

And this is seperated from what the actual decision will be. You can let newcomers get away with something the first time if you have the impression that they understand that a mistake has been made. But thats something to discuss for the FPC

Chat from the first two days, german was not very much to see (and only much after the race) and he was two times directly ask something. No Rection, the other not german guy doenst talk more then "hello" so we began talking more german. But i dont know, why this is now something for the Team-Attack? or only to annoy me?
