Isidoor -3 only again, like Gurruwiwi before him he's superb at 38! Flat downhill gone, mountain kept.
Lekubarri at 37, so everything over 50% with -2 fine too. Losing flat is never good of course.
Trutat at 36, -38% to -49%, only loses TT, excellent. Not that he has a bright future either way
Ceroni: Climbing, not ideal, lowest percentage too.
Verkerk at 34 double mountain not so good, downhill who cares.
So good downtraining, helps keeping it short.
+
Woldemariam flat, 72-78, very nice. Main training mountain, but he can use every flat training.
Chassot flat, so now 48-68 with 89 sprint, now changing to sprint.
Novelli: 67-74 now, good training at 24, have to admit that. 3/3 so far. But guess what? He's still an asshole
Koopman flat normal, sprint extra, 49 there, changes little.. but what else to waste the last training on...
Bucquoy the 100% double, 56-63 with 62 sprint now, Sanremo 25, here we come!
No BIG training, but 2 big and one medium one, Woldemariam and Novelli big, Chassot now that he trained that flat somehow I think I could have changed to sprint before this training too.
