Lenny haressing for almost a decade

Whenever I beat this guy in a sprint he gives me -3, and then now he's reporting me for fake bullshit.
Leave me alone sir.

FPC Decision: No Fine. However, FPC will keep the record (as we always do) and if the comments are repeated and tend toward harassment (repeated and targeting a specific team), FPC will use also take this case into account for determining fines.
