3 more culinary races
First one again in the culinary capital of the world (or so I was told, or imagined being told): Carinthia
Käsnudel, actually looks rather good after looking at it somewhere on the Internet.
9 riders, middle mountain race, hard climb the Kreuzberg, but after that no siebkm for 100 km, until 10 km from the end there is a km at 6%, that should eliminate all sprinters with illusions of culinary greatness.
Next another famous culinary speciality of Austria. Hm, Austria? Think that was Austria. And if it's Austria it's of course Carinthia!
From the Aeussere Einöde to Klagenfurt, or as it's also known, Innere Einöde. (I think) A sprint race this time, Siebkilometers in the 2 early climbs, Treffelsberg and Langegg. Nothing after, so the sprinters should enjoy the Austrian race of the Einöden, that's where Kangooroos live, in the Einöde.
Not to make LIechteinstein feel unappreciated, we have the race for the world famous Rebl. I suspect it was imported by Carinthians immigrants who had enough of the Einöde, but who knows, maybe the Liechtensteiner came up with it themselves. Unfortunately we really can't imagine the taste of it, thought about visiting Liechtenstein today, but FL told us to come tomorrow... won't be possible, so no Rebl for the moment. The race, 3 hard laps, followed by 3 easier laps, but there still is a 12 on the Schellenberg, then 3 laps of the easy and flat final circuit. Only 8 riders, since otherwise there might not be enough Hotels in Liechtenstein. And not enough Rebl. That's why this race for sure will be programmed very soon, if we get more managers again, Liechtenstein couldn't deal with the big influx of riders, staff and fans.
