Training 20.9.2020:
Tim Gajser Berg: -1
Tim Gajser Abfahrt: -1
Hugo Svard Abfahrt: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Berg: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Flach: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Abfahrt: -1
Toby Price Sprint: +1
Joel Robert Flach: +1
Tyler Medaglia Flach: +1
Emil Johansson Berg: +1
Minus:
Tim - mtn not nice, so he retired as he did not start at a lot of races anyway the last weeks
Hugo - dh, doesnt matter
Adrien - he is old, doesnt matter

Plus:
Toby - nice that he took one more sprint... 82 now
Joel and Tyler - flat very nice, Pave team growing up
Emil - at least mtn. he is going to be a classic without flat like Steve. I should buy other riders :-)

Training 27.9.2020:
Shavkat Quttiboyev Berg: -1
Shavkat Quttiboyev Flach: -1
Shavkat Quttiboyev Abfahrt: -1
Shavkat Quttiboyev Zeit: -1
Shavkat Quttiboyev Sprint: -1
Tulio Armas Berg: -1
Tulio Armas Flach: -1
Tulio Armas Abfahrt: -1
Tulio Armas Zeit: -1
Andreas Nägele Abfahrt: -1
Ticio Bogarin Zeit: -1
Ticio Bogarin Sprint: -1
Baaba Faye Berg: +1
Fabian Messerli Sprint: +1
Endeavour Trewlove Flach: +1
Vasco Teixeira Berg: +1
Vasco Teixeira Flach: +1
Michele Apicella Berg: +1
Michele Apicella Flach: +1
Quttiboyev with -5
Armas keeps the sprint.
Nägele loses one downhill.
Bogarin......... this is getting depressing. No just joking, got depressing after the 3rd downtraining, now we're at 5 from 8 possible  With 15% before this training... bah. 72 sprint only now, the idea to have him useful at least as a man for a possible train until 36/36 is gone basically.. he'll have 65 by then.

+
Faye, now 69 mountain, good. Goal for the Giro is 71/72 mountain, a step closer. Only +2 as a 24/25 year old is not ideal, but that's how it turned out. Good he trained this time.
Messerli +1 sprint, now 52-60-70-55-87. Excellent. Goal was 87-89 sprint, he's there. Will probably continue with sprint in October, maybe change to mountain during the month.
Trewlove 81 flat now, took the 97%
Teixeira double, now 55-74. Good, but +4 +4 this month was the most likely outcome
Apicella double, uff. 77-55 now at least. Flat will probably stay a problem since he'll be going for mountain from now on, but double this time is good.

No Eiffel, so 80-60-79-60-56 now at 23. At 24 now percentages will be lower than I'm used to since I have to cover TT.. might not cover downhill for a while instead. 82 the goal at the end of October now, well, that was the goal before September anyway, 82. Hoped 1 more this month, then 1 next month, 2+2 works as well... if it works.

Bogarin makes the whole thing somehow depressing, but actually not a bad training this time. Faye is very important, Apicella double too, Messerli as well, so ok with this training. If I manage to forget Ticio...

Training 27.9.2020:
Leevi Tivalainen Berg: +1
Leevi Tivalainen Flach: +1
Toivo Tivalainen Flach: +1
Marcel Maier Berg: +1
Marcel Maier Flach: +1
Hermann Pernsteiner Flach: +1
Valentin Götzinger Berg: +1
Valentin Götzinger Flach: +1
Valentin Götzinger Abfahrt: +1
Hoped for Kohl in mountain, but he stays at 71/81 with end of 26 years. Hopefully he can reach 73/81 in future.
But Leevi Tivalainen is great, took 72 % mountain and 6 % flat. He knows, that he is a big part of our new masterplan.
Our helper Götzinger with all three again, decent.
Maier now at 50/59 with 84 sprint - so he won't get siebed so easy. Now we focus on sprint.
Pernsteiner flat is important, his goal is 87 at least - now 78 with end of 21.
Toivo Tivalainen trains constantly flat, that's nice.

Training 27.9.2020:
Nicolas Sanz Flach: -1
Nicolas Sanz Abfahrt: -1
Nicolas Sanz Zeit: -1
Nicolas Sanz Sprint: -1
Daniel Castillo Berg: +1
Martin Roux Flach: +1

Roux is a monster in training. 90 Flat now. Never had a rider like this.
For Castillo I should consider to sell him more often. Every time I think about selling him he performs in training. Should have done that earlier in his career.

Training 27.9.2020:
Abdelaziz Bouteflika Abfahrt: -1
Michael Adams Abfahrt: -1
Emil Amundsen Berg: +1
Emil Amundsen Flach: +1
Stefano Ricci Berg: +1
Yojiro Hagiwara Berg: +1
Yojiro Hagiwara Flach: +1
Mountain plus flat for the two young helpers as expected. Ricci training uphill to make it 8/8, but again missing flat in his 22's. Now with 52flat can he win the giro?...might consider a new leader, we'll see.

Kemajou Tshimpaka Flach: +1
Miodrag Strmsek Berg: +1

Andraz did not take a single mountain training with >30%. Very disappointing.
Miodrag trained very good - QuadrubleDouble.
Kemajou and Dung fullfilled the expectations.

Training 5.10.2020:
Oystein Eikeland Abfahrt: -1
Arthur Arpagaus Flach: +1
Jay Blankenau Zeit: -1
Timo Tammemaa Flach: +1
Pekka Piippo Flach: +1
Bana Hassana Flach: +1
Koen Koekelkoren Berg: +1
Uros Kovacevic Flach: +1
Yuji Nishida Berg: +1
Yuji Nishida Flach: +1
Very nice training. Oystein and jay get cheaper while the rest trains what they have to. Koen needs some more flat thought, but if he takes two flat trainings this month and maybe one to three lucky ones later on in his career, it's okay too. And finally, Team FL has a decent flat rider again with Arthur going up to 87 flat. Pekka with 85 is not much behind though and Bana seems to want to challenge that too. Unfortunately for him, he should become rather a 60-80-ish guy...
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Tim Eiffel Berg: +1
Endeavour Trewlove Flach: +1
Vasco Teixeira Flach: +1
Michele Apicella Berg: +1
Joan Coderch Berg: +1
Joan Coderch Flach: +1
Mikhail Stakhanov Flach: +1
Minus:
The triple! Quttiboyev, Armas and Nägele all 3 with the full -5! I am impressed. 39-38-36 ok, but still. But actually, don't care too much, since at least this time the others didn't lose any important stuff. Even if Nägele at 36 is a bit disappointing, but well, he's a Kiesler, a nationality that only exists to disappoint.
Bogarin keeps sprint. (even if by now he is too low anyway), just loses flat.
Hikmet keeps flat, loses mountain and TT
Larios TT, couldn't care less
Belhassen at 33 flat and downhill is a bit early on the other hand.
Still, I'm kind of ok with the minus.

Under 33:
Eiffel 81 mountain now, good
Messerli misses his sprint (% higher than I thought, did a mistake with the rules, thought the +10 safe thing was a year earlier) Downhill down not ideal but he won't cover it this month.
Brotcorne TT, never covered it, so ok
Trewlove: flat, very important, very good.
Teixeira flat, 100%, 25% mountain missed, so as expected, ok now 55-75, he needs flat first, so fine.
Apicella mountain, 100%, no surprise logically
Coderch the expected double, mountain flat, 57-72, now 100-99%
Stakhanov only flat, but actually that's good. He has 35% mountain and 51% downhill, but in the end what we want with him is only flat... less mountain stays cheaper. Up to 50 ok, won't go further. Downhill 71, if he goes up 1-2 ok, but not really needed either. With his reg will be expensive enough, every single credit counts!

Good training thanks to Eiffel and Trewlove

Mikhail Stakhanov Flach: +1

Quttiboyev and Armas continue their -5 trainings.
Nägele this time only -3 so improvement.
Hikmet Larios though... -2 including the only important skill, flat for Hikmet, -3 including mountain for Larios. Both are 34, so a bit less would be nice. Bogarin at 35 kept all.

+
Eiffel mountain, 82 now, so +12 in 14 trainings, good.
Teixeira flat, normal, Apicella mountain, normal.
Coderch double, good, now 98-96%, will continue to try to double.
Stakhanov a double too this time, flat and downhill.
Swift flat, so now 86, nice. Even if with his reg it's a bit of waste.

With Eiffel up of course I'm satisfied with this training.

Minus:
all riders keep there flat skill. Thats good, especially if I can ride Tour de Paves.

Plus:
- after ages Steve takes another mtn - 71 now - a classic monster
- Emil on the way train like Steve
- TKO with flat very nice, 81,7 pave now
- Wyn the double

so in general I am satisfied. I gave up on some riders to improve and just work with the talent they have.

Hopefully you will have some luck with flat training. Then it will be a really nice squad with your sprint-skilled-leaders.

Cristobal Yanez Flach: +1
Daniel Castillo Sprint: +1

After some bad trainings finally a good one.
Yanez flat with 32, Rafa the same but at 30 years old. Both a nice to have.
Urrutia finally taking some mountain training is also nice. Hope he can continue or maybe even consider flat again.

Best one is Castillo. He just seems to do his workouts when I consider to sell him - so will just continue to do that and hope he continues training.
A shame there are no more important races to win for him.

Bana trains flat with around 20% but leaves out mountain with 90+%, funny guy, but I like it somehow. Rest as expected, unfortunately now training from the guys around 50%, again, except Uros. So far October is not the best training month for Team FL it seems.

Constant Ockers Berg: +1
Hermann Pernsteiner Berg: +1
Hermann Pernsteiner Flach: +1

Wildauer is good, no mountain or flat down.
Ockers was 100 %, Pernsteiner is a little surprise with both.

Then to our disappointing guys:
- Götzinger misses 91% flat
- Marcel Maier misses 70 % sprint for the second time in a row
- Leevi Tivalainen misses the third time in a row 38 % mountain
- His brother Toivo misses the third time in a row 49 % flat - I think our Suomis are drinking too much Vodka
- Scinto could also take his 23% mountain - also missed all three trainings this month

Shavkat and Armas strike again.
Nägele -3
Bogarin -2 but keeps sprint, this month good so far, keeps 72

+

Faye flat, which is very nice too. Mountain would be better, but flat is nice as well. 69-80 now.
Tim Eiffel, +3 at 24, very good, now combined +5 at 23-24, if he started at 73 would be very happy, exceeding expectations, starting 3 points lower percentages higher, so not sure how the math is for him, but thought +4 in the 2 months, so +5 , yay! 83-60 now.
Trewlove 83 flat now
Teixeira 77 flat
Apicella 80 mountain, normal, 100%
Coderch the double, 59-74, will take the risk with 97%-93%, with his 71 flat start he needs as much as he can get there....
Stakhanov does what he is supposed to do, +1 flat. 75 now.

Messerli missing again, stays at 87, change to mountain from the next training. Goal is 55-56... at 52 now, so should be doable without too many problems.

Training 20.10.2020:
Arminas Jasikonis Flach: -1
Arminas Jasikonis Sprint: -1
Gautier Paulin Berg: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Berg: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Flach: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Sprint: -1
Joel Robert Berg: +1
Tyler Medaglia Berg: +1
Emil Johansson Berg: +1
Emil Johansson Flach: +1
Wyn Masters Flach: +1
Minus:
- Arminas very bad
- Rest ok, especially Finn Iles without negative training last night

Plus:
- Joel mtn ok, flat would have been better
- Emil very nice with the double
- Tyler mtn ok, flat would have been better, but with 59-87-79 almost like Finn at his prime
- Wyn disappoints. I missed to change the training and so did he - no mtn training with 21 (90%)
