Allowing team attacks

Sometimes I think that team attacks should be allowed. If the teams of the favourites don't control the group building at beginning of the race or later on, it's their own fault.

If we would allow teamattacks, somedoy could attack (in a moment when the peloton is very slow) with 7 riders and then this race is absolutely bullshit. The problem is, that in real you can react immediately, not only after a whole Km. Here this is not possible, so we shoudl have the small rules to reach realistic races.

Then the managers must not allow the peloton to be that slow. Setting a weak rider in green tempo for tempo controling as long as the front group is far away enough to not get caught by any team attack before all intermediate sprints are passed.

Furthermore we could introduce that riders with less than 950 energy are unbable to be sold. Maybe a little stimulus to not waste the riders carelessly.

Then: Adjust prize money (final result plus intermediate bonuses) in relation to the energy left (if the whole team has only 10% of the possible maximum, then all prize money is reduced to 10%).

Or: Introduce another tempo option: "Yes, in case of an attacks". Only possible until the last 75km of a race/stage begun (after that the teams have to worry about that manually). And only possible with blue tempo, so that red attacks would be still possible, but the gap wouldn't be too big to close it again after a little effort.

and how many % do you think a team should get in a race with 200-240KM? hm, let's think about it...one or two teams who have the best chances to win...they work the whole fucking stage, both have 5,6 riders in red after the race...should they get 30, 40% of the prize money, while other team who get Pos. 4 and 5 in this race are getting 90% because they didn't user their riders while the race?

example: yout tour at 20:00...Neutro bust his ass on every flat stage to get a bunch sprint, while other XY(insert a insult of your own choice, if you need some, pn me  ) are offline 200 KM and getting 3rd in the sprint. So, your definiton is: Neutro should get very low % of the money, because his riders haven't so much power left?...that doesn't work...

Adjust prize money. More for the winner, less for for the runner-ups and minor places
