Back to the incentive... money and points, well, money mostly, is an incentive to try to have this numbers advantage. Get enough riders to be virtually sure to win the NC in as many NCs as possible.
-Cat 1 for everything except when it's real NCs.
-Robot automatically varies the NCs length depending on the predicted starters. Predicted because the robot presumably does his designing job a week, 2 weeks, no clue before the NCs. Check then. Minimum 105 km like it maybe was now is ok, but having a 170 km NC for 30 riders, is too long.
