Hi!
As a newcomer I've learned a lot from the manual and from mentors. However, the former could definitely use an update. For example: I'm promoting to d5 and I've heard a lot about reduced purchases, but they're nowhere to be found in the manual. Its general layout is a little messy too for me.
If an admin is open to it, I'd love to take a look at where the manual can be improved from my perspective and work with you to give it an update.
