Hallo zusammen,

ich habe auf einen Fahrer geboten, das Angebot wurde nicht angenommen (lag nicht unter 95%) und der Fahrer ist nun weg...
Wie kann das sein? Wo ist der Fahrer hin? Infos siehe Bild

Hallo Bugatti,

der Fahrer ist weg, er wurde auch von keinem anderen Team verpflichtet. Weshalb es jetzt schwer nachvollziehbar ist weshalb. Du sagst der Wert lag nicht unter 95%, wo lag er denn? Was war in dem Feld Bid reached zu lesen als du das Gebot abgegeben hast? Wenn dort kein tatsächliches Datum+Uhrzeit zu sehen war ist das schon ein Zeichen, dass mit dem Gebot was nicht stimmt. Wann hast du denn das Gebot abgegeben? Lag der aktuelle Wert des Fahrers da schon sehr knapp an deinem Gebot?

Das Gebot hab ich gestern morgen abgegeben, da war der Fahrer noch bei 4 oder 5 Mio.
Gebot war dann auf 2,6 mio gesetzt (waren ca. 96%) und hätte heute Nacht (04.09.2023 um 4:XX) angenommen werden sollen.

Anhand der ID Nummern kann man das doch sicher nachverfolgen oder?

Das Gebot kann ich nachvollziehen, aber der Fahrer wird gelöscht wenn ihn keiner kauft. Aber die Nachricht hilft vielleicht trotzdem beim finden des Fehlers. Das Geld hattest du ja am Konto. Eventuell ein nächtlicher Bug der Probleme bereitet

There were two more teams who bid (higher amounts) on the same rider. Bid ID 83597 & 83604. Both teams had enough money to pay for the rider. But they were also rejected. Interestingly, their bids were only $1 apart from each other. That shouldn't create a problem, but maybe it did.

True, but not clear whether they were deleted BEFORE or AFTER the end of the auction. Because we only started checking after the auction.

True, but not clear whether they were deleted BEFORE or AFTER the end of the auction. Because we only started checking after the auction.

Based on the riderId, it was a new rider from the regular transfermarket. There I actually saw a bug in the code, but it would only apply, if the price was below 94% already. What the code does is to allow an offer as low as 90%, but already deletes the riders when the price goes below 94%.
Now I'm not sure what would be correct as minimum offer: 90% or 95%?

Because it wasn't a bid but a direct buy

Some bugfixes are in the pipeline here, but didn't have time to test them yet.

I've deleted a bid 5 mn before it was reached. But this rider has joined my team.

On my bid list, the bid doesn't appear.

I asked stevens , who did a bid on this rider, and he can see my bid who is not shown as deleted.

It's the rider id 1143969.

I cannot put a screen because i'm not at home and difficult to do it here.

I had the same problem as RFM with a rider I bought a few days ago.
I cancelled the offer 10 minutes before it was reached and he joined my team (I no longer have a summary of the offers as I cancelled the offer). I think there's a bit of a synchronisation problem between the end of the offer and the moment of purchase. We'll deal with it and try to train him properly, but it's still a problem. I'll cancel the offer, go to bed and wake up, he's in the team.

I have the details for the rfm rider.

Database shows the bid with a deleted flag. Other teams with valid bids do not have the money for him. Medical Service has too less money but it shows him with "outbidden".

If it is what you want, I delete the rider and give you back the payed money. Please confirm if thats ok

I'm keeping the rider, no worries, it was to point out the little problem, I'm keeping him.

See chat, I already fixed RfM's purchase. The stevens case was a slightly different from the bug RfM had, which was only introduced this morning. There, a failed bid triggered completion of an auction. Should we also revert that one?
